My recent experience was very good when we eventually found someone to serve us .

I placed an order online for 2 identical items (except for colour) before Christmas. I don't have a customer account so I checked out as a guest.
For some reason the order was split with one item going to the Bournemouth store as requested and the other being "delivered" Evri made several attempts to deliver the 2nd item before and after Christmas before returning it. I made numerous attempts to track down the order first with Evri and then with Superdry but only got AI answers I finally managed to get a website link for customer services 23/12/25 and I'm still waiting for a response. I believe my 2nd item had a delivery address for the Bournemouth store I even went in there and queried it with the staff who were unable to help. I still haven't received a response or a refund for the undelivered item. All in all a BAD expwerience

The sales person was extremely helpful in helping choose a Christmas present for our son. The article was not on the rack but he said his stock control unit indicated that there was one in store, which he found as part of a display. Excellent customer service

The staff were so helpful and explained the situation without being patronizing, this was greatly appreciated.

Went into the Bournemouth branch and was greeted by a member of staff asking could he help me. He was very polite and not pushy at all. A great selection and at last 2xxl. So had a mooch around and bought some clothing. Very nice experience and another pleasant staff member rang up my order and packed it very neatly for me.

I couldn’t find a particular hoodie as a gift for someone, the staff were really helpful and looked in the store room and found one for me. So helpful and friendly .

I appreciate their clothing, but it's a bit expensive. We can obtain the same quality at a lower price point if you're not concerned about brand.
