Fast delivery. Excellent shoes for my daughter, she finds them very comfortable to dance in. After trying out other brands she asked for Supadance shoes again because of how comfortable they are

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service.
I bought a pair of shoes online and the size was small, I shipped it back to UK from Dubai requesting a bigger size, the package was received by their side. However, no feedback was received till date, no cooperation, no response to emails.. nothing!

Thank you for your review. We did receive your emails and were in communication with you from the 29th September to help you with your return procedure; and through the first two weeks of October.
Unfortunately our Returns Department had one less member of staff between the 7th - 11th of October due to illness. Therefore this caused a delay in returns processed between 4th - 11th October. However, on Monday 14th October all returns were immediately dealt with. You have been in contact with our Returns Department and your exchange for an alternative Style has been dealt with and completed on the 14th October.
We do apologise for the delay unfortunately it was due to unforeseen circumstances. We do hope you have received satisfactory service from our Returns Department once they were able to get in contact with you.

I have bought shoes for Balroom dancing for my daughter and they are amazing. I would say they are a bit pricey but very good quality and perfect fit.
