Don't order online

I ordered sunglasses online. When they were delivered I was not given sunglasses at all, someone put glasses in the packaging instead. I called the company right away. It's been over a month and I don't have the sunglasses I wanted. At this point I want a refund to get them somewhere else.

Actually if I can give this store zero stars I would. My step son purchased a pair of the Meta glasses 23 days ago as of today. There is a small crack in one of the sides. He paid $459 for them which is a joke anyways. All we wanted to do was exchange them for a different pair. Didn’t want our money back. Just for them to make it right. When we got there we told the lady about the issue. She got out a box of glasses like she was going to exchange them and then she’s like let me make a phone call first. On the receipt it says no hassle 30 days. Lie. The manager Janice was a complete rude bi*** who should not be running a store. I have ran a business you don’t treat customers that way at all. She yelled at my husband on the phone saying he wasn’t going to get a new pair and told the lady working we had 2 options. We can pay another $76.00 to get another pair of glasses. Or pay the $140 to mail them in and get fixed.pay $76.00 for what. You can get them from the Ray-Ban site for $379.00. People should steer clear from any Sunglasses Hut because the fine print is bullshit. And the fact the my husband had to hold the phone away from his ear because you were yelling at him is way out of line. You are definitely NOT fit for your position

Do not buy from sunglass hut!

I would strongly advise against ordering here. The customer service is extremely unhelpful and does not take complaints seriously.

I purchased a pair of Tiffany & Co. sunglasses, and I am not exaggerating when I say that within two weeks of purchase, the arm already fell off. Since then, the same issue has occurred three to four times.

For a product at this price point, this level of quality is completely unacceptable. I paid a significant amount of money and expected much better.

Despite contacting customer service multiple times, no proper solution has been offered. I feel completely dismissed as a customer.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend buying from here.

Beware of miss advertisement.

Beware of miss advertisement.
I wanted to place my first order, so signed up for the emails and discount code was issued. I even had an email confirming take £10 off this type of glasses and picture if exact pair. However when you for to checkout voucher don’t work. Customer services rep rude, unhelpful and cut me off stating that voucher can not be applied. Beware of this poor customer services in case you have an issue, I guarantee it won’t be solved.

Mijn bestellingen staat op geleverd, niks ontvangen. Klantenservice gewoon NIET bereikbaar.

Ik koop hier nooit meer iets, hoop dat iedereen eerst de referenties leest. Helaas heb ik dit op voorhand niet gedaan!

DO NOT BUY ONLINE. Horrible experience, I brought 2 pairs of sunglasses totalling just under £500. They sent them via 'standard UPS delivery', not requiering a signature or picture. The parcel was marked as 'delivered to reception', I never received the parcel and there is no 'reception' in my flat, it is a residential building. To add to the misfortune sunglasses hut informed me 'we do not offer refunds in these circumstances only an exchange if the outcome of our investigation which lasts a couple of weeks meets that criteria. As the customer you will be penalised and your money will be stolen and not returned. Worst customer service ever. Order number: 092134351

Nie wieder! Schlechte Beratung! Überhebliche Verkäufer die dann aber kaum deutsch sprechen können. Es wurde eine Sonnenbrille vor Ort im Oberpollinger bestellt und musste direkt bezahlt werden! Auch 2 Monate später habe ich keine Rückmeldung oder Ware bekommen! Keine Reaktion auf Anrufe oder Emails! Schlechtester Kundenservice und bis heute kein Geld zurück!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I bought a pair of sunglasses here that felt decent in the shop, but they literally fell apart within the first few weeks of normal wear. For the price they charge, you’d expect quality, but these are absolute garbage.

When I went back to the store—only 30 days after purchase—to ask for a return or even just an exchange for the defective product, the staff was incredibly rude. Instead of helping, they treated me like I was the problem. They flat-out refused to honor any kind of return policy, even though the glasses broke immediately due to poor manufacturing.

It’s clear this store only cares about taking your money; they have zero interest in standing behind their products or treating their customers with basic respect. Save your time and your cash—go literally anywhere else where they actually value their clients.

Avoid this place at all costs.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the current state of your return policy and customer support.
Recently, I attempted to resolve a return issue and was left on a customer service hold for over an hour. This is completely unacceptable for a premium retailer. To make matters worse, after finally getting through, my issue remained entirely unresolved.
A return policy should be a straightforward part of the customer experience, yet Sunglass Hut has made it an exhausting and unproductive ordeal. As a customer, I expect timely support and clear solutions, neither of which were provided.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and look into the efficiency of your support team and the transparency of your return procedures. I look forward to hearing how you intend to make this right.

Great Searvice

Upon entering the store i was greeted right away and was just looking for a pair of sun glasses while i was trying them on the staff was very helpful and when asked there opinion they were there with either a nod of head saying no or 2 thumbs up and a fantastic sense of humor so i would recommend the store at midtown because I was treated like a person

The sales people are very knowledgeable…

The sales people are very knowledgeable of the products. Very friendly staff, answered all my questions took the time to show me different styles to more fit my face. I was at the midtown store in Saskatoon.

Très déçu

Très déçu, on m’a offerte une paire de lunettes assez cher, je les ai reçus défectueuses, je ne peux même pas les porter, je signale le problème avec preuve en photo, ils me disent qu’aucun échange sera fait, que je dois racheter une paire

Would be 0 stars. Took my ray ban glasses back that are still under warranty only to be told they wouldn’t do a things as it was accidental damage ! The glasses have stretched so large that my head must have grown to triple the size without my knowing in order for them to fit me. Refused to do anything other than warm up the plastic and hope it held. Left a few hours as advised to let them cool down. And what a surprise still too large. WAs intending to buy more glasses today at least another 2 pairs but after the awful customer service i won’t ever buy from here again ! Absolutely shocking behaviour lack of customer service and rudeness I’m surprised sellers like ray ban even use a site like this to under value their brand name with such a shoddy response when an item is clearly still in warranty and only been on 1 holiday before they went extremely loose. Won’t buy ray ban again and certainly won’t use this crap shop either ! Buy else where !’
