Delighted with Sun Arc. Had our system installed 21 days ago and we’ve just made our first MWh of generation, the system is running really well. The initial install was great and the aftercare has been excellent too—they even came back out to fit an immersion timer switch for us. Have already recommended them to friends and would definitely recommend them in the future.

It's now been one year since my solar system was installed, so I thought I'd share my experience and the results.

Overall, I'm very pleased with how the system has performed. Like any new technology, there was a bit of a learning curve, and there were a couple of minor issues along the way, but nothing that wasn't resolved.

From the beginning, Sun Arc were professional and straightforward to deal with. I never felt under any pressure to make decisions or commit to anything I didn't need. They arrived when they said they would, completed the installation efficiently, and took care of all the paperwork, including arranging my updated BER certificate after the installation.

One year on, I can honestly say I'm very happy with both the system and the service I received. The solar installation has performed well, and it's been great seeing the savings and production over the past year.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Sun Arc to anyone considering a solar installation. Based on my experience, they've delivered exactly what they promised, and I'm delighted with the results.

Got our solar system up and running a week ago and everything is running flawless. We had a few delays along the way but I have to say Pat and the team were great. They went out of their way to accommodate us and sorted all delays out quickly. The panel installation team were very professional and efficient. The electricians were great as well. After workind all day on our system they took the time to clean up after themselves and remove all packaging which is very rare for any company to do. Overall great company and would recommend.

We have just recently installed our solar panels with Sun Arc Solar Systems. We have had an excellent experience from start to finish. Andrew their sales person was helpful, informative and very willing to answer any questions we had. The installation team and electricians came in and installed and set up the system with a level of professionalism and detail that needs to be commended. The system is running excellently and we are now enjoying using the excellent Sigenergy app. I would highly recommend Sun Arc to anyone looking to install panels or upgrade their batteries. It's been 409 days since Sun Arc Solar installed our solar system. It operates flawlessly AND we haven't have an electricity payment to make in all that time.......over a year! Great company

We are extremely disappointed with our experience and feel the service delivered falls below what was agreed at the point of sale.

We were clearly advised that installing 10 panels on the front roof and 8 on the rear would not be an issue. This was a key factor in our decision to proceed. However, on installation day, we were informed that two of the front panels would not be installed. We were told they would “see what they could do” regarding the additional panels, but ultimately they were not installed. This was contrary to what we had been advised during the sales process.

We were also told that the installer would rearrange and return with an updated solar installation drawing so we could clearly see the revised plan. This did not happen, and we were left without any proper follow-up or clarification.

We also experienced serious issues with payment handling. We were initially told that our credit card payment had failed, so we immediately arranged a bank transfer of approximately €5,000 to avoid delays. We were later informed that the credit card payment had in fact also gone through, without any prior notice. This resulted in an unexpected duplicate payment situation and avoidable financial stress.

To add to this, the scheduled electrical work was cancelled on the morning of installation due to staff illness, after we had already arranged time off work specifically for the installation. While we understand that unforeseen issues can arise, the short notice and lack of contingency planning caused further unnecessary disruption.

Overall, while the system itself appears to be of good quality, the overall experience has been poorly managed in terms of communication, scheduling, and delivering what was originally agreed.

We recently had a ground mounted solar system installed by Sun Arc Solar Systems, consisting of 20 panels and a 10kWh Sigenergy battery, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.

Every member of the team we dealt with, from sales and office admin to the installers and electricians, was informative, helpful and genuinely friendly. Communication throughout the process was clear and reassuring, and the installation itself was seamless and very well organised.

The system is already delivering great results, and we are seeing the benefits straight away. I would highly recommend Sun Arc Solar Systems to anyone considering solar.

Sun Arc solar installed my solar system for me recently absolutely delighted with the whole installation from ordering to installation .Had one or two little issues but where always on ther end of phone to sort for me.Highly recommend from roof installers to electrician's to the girls in the office.

This company is ringing and texting me months after not receiving anything from them. I asked for a quote in April. Heard nothing. Now all of a sudden contacting me out of the blue . Ringing and wats app texting . Very aggressive . Avoid this company
