It's a good tool for making milk drinks. It takes a little bit to get the hang of it, but once you do it's easy.

Being very much used to my proper espresso machine, my coffee expectations are high. Getting a portable milk foamer which actually works and keeps the battery for quite some time, was a very positive surprise! I have been thru a number of other options which ended up being a waste of money, I really appreciate the NanoFoamer - surely with lithium battery :-)

Nanofoamer froths milk to a quality silky finish. It compares to professional coffee machines. My preference is the super fine mesh.

Excellent Product. Far supperior to any other hand frother I have ever tried. Also worth mention I had shipping issue and the customer service was able to assist and resolve the situation with me.

I had to order a replacement part (a simple little $3 shaft that slides onto their frother). The replacement was defective and didn't slide on so I requested a replacement. In response, they required that I take the time to make a video to troubleshoot with them and send it via wetransfer. For a $3 extremely simple metal part. This is not rocket science. It's a tiny little metal shaft that is defective and doesn't fit. Plus there's no way to hold my phone while trying to video myself installing this defective part. Subminimal has managed to turn a new customer sour over a $3 part. You clearly do not value your customers' time.

Excellent product by an excellent brand. Not only is the product impressive but the way subminimal team handles customer care and provide prompt resolution in case of any defects/breakdown, it really assures me as a customer that I've put my trust in the right brand

I'm in love with nanofoamer, great product!

After waiting for 3 months i finally received my NanoFoamer Pro, and I was very excited to try it out. Unfortunately the machine was broken and dit not work. After reaching out to Subminimal, they promised me a new one. However, i waited 14 days for them to respond, and they wrote that the machine was not broken from the start and now refuse to send me a new one. This is totally unacceptable. One thing is their VERY long respond time, but to first admit the mistake and then take it back, is simply very rude and bad customer service. I would NOT recommend anyone buying from them - i am sure the machine is great WHEN it is working, but sadly it is not, and i would have expected more help from the - the machine is after all not cheap.

This has made my shots perfectly distributed and consistent. I use a naked portafilter and there is no channeling or blowout anymore.

It’s honestly the best foamer I’ve ever used. It’s super powerful and efficient, its base makes for convenient storage, and it’s very easy to clean as well!

Handy,simple,useful

Before writing a review, I wanted to do a lot of testing first. I couldn't believe that this kind of device could create such a good foam. Easy to clean and maintain. I really liked it, and I use it every day. Best buy.

It is one of the best products we ever had for foaming milk. Good quality, easy to handle and not too expansive.

It works. It's built in high quality materials. This is the ONLY portable milk frother you will ever need.

PS. Buy the lithium model. You'll never regret it.

Purchased a V2 nanofoamer that accepts batteries. The power was intermittent, sometimes it wouldn’t be powerful enough to foam the milk, including stopping in the process and very rarely it was able to achieve the said result by the company.

Spoke to them and apparently they couldn’t do anything about it. Wouldn’t refund, replace, nothing.

For a high end purchase, build quality was awful, customer service awful and I won’t buy a product again from them. I urge you to avoid the company.

Update:
After having no choice but to try to fix it myself, I went ahead with making changes to the batteries, same issue. but placing foil inbetween the connectors on both '-' ends fixed it. The product is flawed, doesn't reach the batteries and they have the audacity to blame it on technique. Cheap shot.
