Stratco - Fyshwick Omdömen 21

I visited the shop today, 28 Aug 24, looking for a couple of hard to get parts that the internet couldn’t help me with.

One part was in stock, and the other wasn’t. The guys I spoke with went out of their way to help me identify where I might go looking for the part they couldn’t help me with.

I was very impressed with the customer service they provided. Thanks guys.

Stratco Fyshwick were amazing with customer service. Alys was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of the products. We were purchasing a large patio roof and Alys was fabulous in organising this to happen. Also, Saul was the guy who delivered the product last week. He had driven to Canberra from Sydney. He was absolutely fantastic in delivering the various components safely and professionally. It was a pretty tight area that he had to place the components onto (and they were huge and very heavy!). He even helped us move our car with a flat battery that was in the way. And even though it was really hard yakka he smiled the whole time and was such a lovely guy!

Stratford had the metal privacy screens we were looking for at a very good price. We were notified of the delivery quickly, kept up to date. The screens were delivered to our door within three days of placing the order.

Went in not knowing anything about my roofing problem. Met Mick Walker, and - what a guy!!!
He explained what I needed, drew me diagrams, and told me what I needed to do to remedy the problem.
Cannot speak highly enough of Mick!!

Great service and great price. Highly recommend Stratco. Actually surprised what they did sell. Will certainly check out their other products.

Absolutely stoked with the service provided by Dean, the Stratco delivery driver last Friday. Not only did he call well ahead of his drop off (which let us shuffle trailers etc out of the way), he threaded his truck and crane neatly through the narrow gaps and under the sails to drop our steel out of the thoroughfare and right where it was needed.

Delivery of our product was delivered complete and without effort. Dean the driver, dropped it off exactly where I asked for it. Great prices and delivered on time and complete. Can't ask for more than that

This is the second time we have used Stratco for fencing products. Service is excellent, with helpful staff, who are happy to spend time discussing different product options. Stratco at Fyshwick is the first store we will visit when looking for the aluminium type products. David and Alys have both been a great help.

I received helpful assistance with my query about stock availability which helped with placing my online order. Delivery was within the timeframe I was given. Nice service.

No problem with the products or service. The delivery driver just needs to read his messages about leaving it at the front door where it is out of sight instead at the front gate in full view of the street.

Staff at Stratco Fyshwick were brilliant. Admin staff were good and the guy operating the pick-up section was perfect - polite, efficient and friendly. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone.

One minor problem was with the website. When I placed the order I did not get a proper guide to the expected time for collection - and I showed up a couple of days early by mistake.
