Delivered in about 3 days but had to stay home till 4.15 pm till item was delivered with no indication of when it might arrive as happens routinely with Australia Post.
I enjoy the garden shears from Spear and Jackson.

I was pleased with the items and service provided by Oz General Store.

The goods were reasonably well packaged; although secure, I did think that an edging knife and garden fork would have been safer if they had arrived boxed rather than just in bubble wrap.

The courier company weren't so great - the delivery date was out so no-one was home when the package was delivered. The tracking was useful but the redelivery system was not easy to navigate.

After exchanging emails with the courier's online customer service department the problem was ironed out and I eventually received my order- none of this was the fault of Oz General Store who had dispatched promptly but I would be cautious about using CouriersPlease again.

I had an issue, rang and explained what had happened, the new product was sent and a refund was issued very quickly.

Very helpful when we rang with question. Shipped out promptly. Good price for metal pail. Was a bit surprised by the colour (a lovely shade of fuchsia!) But operates exactly as advertised

They dont reply to emails, purchased something from here That turned to rubbish that was that 20L metal drum with lid. They charged me a price online and when I received the order it had a cheaper price on the packaging. Emailed them and they just refunded the difference, didn't email nothing back. They are okay but not the best

The item wasn’t in stock and was refunded. That’s fine but a week later it’s still advertised online as available

Ordering was easy.
Product arrived in a timely manner.
The product was even better than I expected.

A week later , get an email to say custom postage will be $70 - for a rake !
Got a refund , absolute waste of time .

I ordered the metal can and it seems to be pretty good. I can’t detect any solvent escaping.
