All I can say is a massive thank you to Jane! What a pleasure to deal with. I’m sure most people chose storage in their time of need, which is exactly what I did after being evicted last minute from my flat, and going travelling. Jane made this so incredibly easy to sort out. And I cannot thank her enough for just being an ear to listen to and to talk me through the process. I couldn’t be happier with my unit and how easy it made the moving our process. I have now been able to go away travelling and not worrying about where or how safe my belongings are! Jane, you are such an asset to the Bath store, and just knowing there is a friendly face and voice when I need it is such a relief. Thank you once again for all your help!

Excellent facilities and team
Our experience with the friendly team at the new Storage King in Bath has been exceptional. Their customer service has been brilliant, the facilities are excellent and their prices are competitive. Very convenient location. Highly recommended.
