Would like to say Storage King festival Park is an outstanding customer services. Mick and James are doing a brilliant job always there to help outstanding 110% and couldn’t ask for a better customer services. Always there to answer questions and help out the best they can love going there it’s like feeling some sort of like a family thank you, Tina) and ROY).

Please read the cancellation terms and conditions. I made the mistake to follow a verbal conversation but now I have learnt that is better to follow the print nowadays.
Cambridge Area Manager reviewed my issue and dealt with it the best he could.

I was originally hesitant and apprehensive to use storage facilities, but the service has been brilliant from day 1.

More importantly, they apply 0 pressure to customers either signing up for their first few weeks or months and more than adequately assess customer needs - When you approach them for quotes on larger units also apply 0 pressure and even request that you take the time to think about your decisions and requirements.

They're totally upfront with figures throughout and will take the time to explain any specifics with regards to the pricing and contract information.

The staff at the Doncaster (Lakeside) branch are absolutely second to none and assets to the organisation.

I've had nothing but positive interactions from the team there (Dawn and Kerry I've dealt with specifically), with frequent deliveries to the site and communications from the team before I've realised they've arrived. Unsure if it's part of their job role to be on hand to support with deliveries and I've initially felt guilty having my deliveries sent there (sometimes a stacked trolley) but they've been brilliant - and not one bit of annoyance or irritation from the team, even when the table has a bunch of parcels needing to be collected, they organise the parcels so we know where to collect and they even take the time to 'trolley' larger deliveries where possible, meaning I can just rush in and out where I need to.

I've even asked them to refuse deliveries when I've not been available to move to my unit on the same day and they've still accepted them (in error after me requesting the refusal but all in the focus of A+++ customer service).

I cannot think of one negative or even borderline negative from the team here, and I've not seen any customer have any negative interaction whilst I've been here.

The team at this site take a lot of pride in their work, their work environment and the positive morale and work culture within the company shows.

Great staff, great Storage.

I only went to purchase some packing materials but was seriously impressed by the whole operation. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating helping me find exactly what I needed, the whole place was clean modern and inviting. If I was in need of storage this would be my first port of call.

Will use again!

I enquired about and have now signed up for storage facilities. I am in the process of moving and need storage for up to 6 months. Rebecca the Receptionist was excellent, explaining facilities, volumes & costings. She also showed me a number of sizes of storage rooms so that I could accurately gauge the size I needed. The facilities are dry and clean with easy access. She was polite, courteous and very helpful and there was no pressure to rush to sign up. I would highly recommend.

The location is conveniently placed and clean. The team is friendly and we found Billy to be very helpful when we arrived with more belongings than anticipated!

Trash company, they bothered me every day with messages and calls for a month after the quote...and thet keep doing it. You can't even block their number

I had to move out of my home of 11 years and was recommended to Storage King Milton Keynes. From the very first contact with David and Jen, they were friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Due to illness and holidays I have dealt with several other members of staff from other locations and they all were fantastic. They made an exceptionally stressful move so much easier. I highly recommend them to anyone needing storage. Thank you to all the team. It's greatly appreciated.

We were recommended this storage facility by our Removal company RDS from Shaftesbury. Although we lived in Salisbury. The service from both Andy and Debbie was faultless. Quick, responsive and thorough and helped us pick the right unit. Very clean, very dry and easy to access, park and communicate. Very reasonable priced also.
I don’t leave many reviews unless they are exceptional or useless..this is the former. Thank you team and I will recommend 🙏

I had a move out date and had paid a deposit for storage of furniture. On the day of my move, we went to the stores in Ebbsfleet and found that the entire office had gone away on a conference so no one could get me into the lock up. I called the number on the door and was told that nothing could be done. This was on a weekday and at around midday. I had a large van full of furniture, another van load to do and had to be out of the property within the next 2 hours. I did explain this to the person on the phone but they simply said that nothing could be done.

I had to ring around a lot of other storage suppliers and eventually found another one 30 mins away.

The lack of empathy or ability to assist make this company one of the worst I have had to deal with so would recommend that people swerve like the plague!
