Great, able to get what I need without overcomplication. Only issue is when I check charts out on my Galaxy Tablet, it always keyboard always pops up on my screen. I have to press down every time. It does not happen on my IPAD.

Long Time Subscriber
I'm a long time subscriber. I get great value for the money from the numerous technical indicators and U.S. real time data available on the site. Additionally, the site provides periodic promotional discounts for subscription renewals. The ChartWatchers Newsletter and useful articles are also very helpful.

Customer care standout
I had a technical problem with a specific data set on a Saturday recently, I emailed for assistance and the problem was fixed by the next morning-great product, great service over many years and a great deal of care for the investing community.

TSX data is not being kept up-to-date
The Support response was of limited help. I had to use external resources for answer to my questions. Also, as a Canadian investor, I am disappointed that TSX data is not being kept up to date with respect to Sector and Industry tags. This makes it more difficult with some Stockcharts analysis.
