Great Charting, Terrible Customer Support
I've been using stockcharts for a few months and I like the charting tools. However, I'm not very happy about their customer support. They tend to reply fast for simple questions. But anytime I ask something more complex or detailed, they basically ghost me. They ignored my emails for months even after multiple follow ups. Super frustrating. I've also noticed some data discrepancies that make me really concerned, and I've never got a solid answer from support.

It has been a good service for me
It has been a good service for me. The only suggestion I may have is the % up or down . Is it possible to have it stay on a particular stock in the same place without moving unless I personally move it and maybe include 123% and 136% as well but it's not a big deal.

Lots of futures on this trading platform. It's easy to use and have tons of indicators to chose from as well as a good library for supporting these indicators with detailed explanations. Scan is easy to use and have already preloaded samples available. Market carpet and sector drill-down makes life easy for anybody. Bottom line a great platform for any level of experience traders and investors.

The system is simple to use for scanning and modifying my chart criteria when it is important. I can review my holdings within minutes and can update my list multiple times a day with ease.

Market close data updates
Overall the experience was great as the issue I reported was fixed quickly.
The only thing to report is that during our exchanges there was sometime long period with no information at all. A quick "the issue has been identified, we are working on it, we will let you know of our progress" woul have been nice

Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed with StockCharts.com. When their website went down, I sent multiple emails to support asking for an explanation and potential compensation, but I was met with complete indifference. Their response, which took a very long time, was dismissive and lacked any accountability or apology. As a user of over ten years, this terrible customer service has led me to cancel my subscription immediately. Avoid."

Scan programming flexibility.
The programming flexibility to scan through the entire stock universe based on my specific criteria. This saves a large amount of time. Additionally, the ability to craft a chart using many different indicators and parameters.
