Sadly I can't give a zero star as otherwise I would.
They sent a trade mark renewal letter a few months before the 10 year renewal telling me they'd be happy to renew this for £ 1860.- +VAT thinking I'm stupid enough to fall for this.

Renewal through Gov.uk is just a couple of hundred punds depending on the number of classes.

So avoid this rip of company

Received a spam letter.
They're charging 10 X more than trademarks costs.
Emailed them to say respectfully no.
Received a rude response.

They want to charge you £1,320 to renew your trademark when it's easy and inexpensive to do it directly on the UK goverment renew-your-trademark website.

One star is too much for this filthy scammer. Ignore all requests from them to renew your trademarks, you can do it yourself for £200 on the gov uk website.

Trademark scam.

They send trademark renewal letters/reminders which look genuine but they are all fake and scam.

Please avoid and discard any communication received from them.

Obvious scam or fraudsters. They sent my company a letter about trademark expiry coming up and fee to renew & monitor £1,320. It only costs £200 to renew and very misleading & deceitful company. Avoid at all costs

I got a letter saying my trademark is about to expire and a fee of £1320 to do it for me. I checked the letter was early. Thanks for the reminder. I will be going straight to the Government trade mark site and renew for £200 instead of paying this scam company to do it.

Sending letters (containing multiple errors!) about expiring trademarks. Total scam from start to finish. DO NOT part with your money!

Scammers. Renew your trademark directly via gov.uk. Do not pay the extortionate fees that Stern Young and partners charge.

I received an official looking notification from Stern Young & Partners to renew a single trademark for a fee of £1320. To do this directly on the website of the UK Intellectual Property Office costs £200.

Do it yourself online and save yourself £1120.

Looks like a (completely legal) scam - you can Google warnings about just this sort of company, and how they parasite off legal processes.

Anagram and Young. Not one review advises who these parasites should be reported to but at least the Stern gang are not blowing us up, just hollowing out our resources.

Total scam artists... disregard and just use Govt website to renew your trademark

Dodgy company sending letters out demanding £1320 fee to renew my registered trademarks that would cost me £300 to do it myself online.

I have received a couple of their renewal letters, although mine were for nearly £2000 each. I came to the same conclusion as everyone else. Like the idea of sending them some mail in return. Now what should we put inside that would be appropriate ?
Strange. Did you notice that the name Stern Young & Partners is an anagram of Er..t & Young Partners !

If you get a letter from this scammer toss it in the bin.
Then get his correspondence address from Companies House and send him a couple of brochures from various mailing lists and remember to tick the box to 'keep me informed by post'

This firm practice unethical lead generation by sending out letters to genuine trademark owners advising their IP that needs renewing in the next 12 months.

Their letters ask you to sign a consent form with outrageously inflated fees to act on your behalf. The reality is, TM or other IP can easily be renewed by the owner directly with IPO office for a couple of hundred pounds.

Shameless attempt to exploit those inexperienced in IP, or get triggered/panic by legal sounding letters.

Avoid at all costs.

Scammers. As with other reviews I received a letter wanting £1320 to renew my trademark. Using bold font they confuse their renewal process start date with the actual renewal date! I did panic when I first saw the date but when you read it through it's obvious they are scammers. Go to the Gov.com website! It's a huge amount less than these charlatans.
