Company is a scam and very misleading

They charge you the price of passport $160, come to find out it's for their service not the passport are you joking

A scam! Charged me 125 dollars saying it was for my passport and it was not for my passport still had to pay for my passport do not use this website!

Scammed me out of my passport money why the hell would I pay to fill out a form. Way to trick people into thinking they are getting their fees for passport out of the way.

This is an insult.
How does Google let them have a page like this?
It looks as though you are doing an actual passport application.

They are the scammer, they charge whatever needed to renew passport but they are not authorized to take any fees and form filler is no use that was rejected by Postoffice, this portal should be stoped

This website is a scam. They claim to be able to process your passport renewal, have you complete the renewal form, "pay the renewal fee", let you print your form, then leave you high and dry.

Complete Scam! I applied for a passport through this site paying $131.28 for completing the form. I thought I was paying for the passport fee. I printed and signed the document for it to be returned because no fees were received. Total BS.

I thought I was on an official government website to renew my passport. I paid the fee printed out the application from the site and paid have a lable printed and my application was sent back to me due to not receiving payment with my application

SCAM ALERT! This is a total scam!!!!! I applied for a passport through this site. $125.83 for filling out a 2 page form. I thought I was paying for the passport fee. When I went to the post office they told me I had been scammed and I had to pay the passport fee $130 to them. Reminder to self. Read the fine print. Research the web sites you are using. Horrible people must own this business. Get a conscience.

As stated previously by other individuals, this site is a TOTAL SCAM!! If I hadn't been renewing another passport, I would not have caught that I should not be charged a fee for the online form - the cost of renewal gets mailed in with the application! I called their number immediately and requested a refund; and if not refunded, I would be contacting my bank to issue a fraud alert on this charge ($110.33). P.S. Within 10 minutes from my call, I just received an email stating that the my order has been refunded.

I thought this was a US government passport site. I found out later that I was mistaken. They charged me a fee of $67.88 but I ended up receiving no service and no passport. Admittedly, I did not complete my passport application with them as I suspected something was not right and I did not want to given them any more personal information. I did some research and found that many others have had problems with this organization as well....charging unnecessaary fees that you would not be charged using the official government website. By the time I requested a refund, they said I was past their refund time period. I then filed a dispute with my credit card company and they credited me with a refund while they look into this further. I woud strongly encourage folks NOT TO USE passport.uspassportandvisa.org.

On 12/29/25, I paid $131,28 for passport renewal thinking this was a government site to find out EASY-FORM FILLER is is a Scam Website.

Definitely an scam! Beware when looking online, looks very similar to the official website, they offer renewal online, for them to send you instructions how to mail in, government needs to shutdown this operation!

Total Scam- I thought I was entering info on a govt. web site and it got personal info. from me. I'm ripped.

This site and their service is scam. Google should not allow such type service to show up at the top of results list it's so disguised many people will think this is actual US Gov site. They charge money to fill out a form ($60 or $80 based on the options) and even try to scam you to pay for "passport insurance" for another $20. But the worst thing is that they extract personal information, and we don't realize until we enter all of it, including the SSN number, that this is not the actual government site. This is absolutely the worst and should be criminal.

Absolute fraud . They manipulated me when I was applying for my passport acting like they could help the process but it’s just a fraud scam to get money. The government has no record of my process beginning. It’s fraud.

This website is a scam. They charge you money for what's free through the US government. It looks pretty official and normal honestly with all the reviews I can't believe it hasn't been shut down yet.
