Stephensons Solicitors were great ,Joanne couldn't have done enough for me she kept me updated as case went along ,she's very professional and down to earth ,the case had a lot of complications but it wasn't a problem for Joanne and to top it off the speed the case was sorted very quickly, all i i can say is thankyou.

Rachel Gildart was thorough and professional in her dealing with my new claim

Having been appointed to take over the administration of BLB its been hard to get a response other than "we are busy" automatic replies. Multiple emails sent and phone calls with no replies. Due to the slow response when appointing my new solicitors they had to start from scratch costing me extra on top of what i'd already paid to BLB Solicitors which i assume i won't get back at this stage. Appreciate they are dealing with alot of cases but why take on work you can't handle... My review has been prompted today by a "no reply" email from Stephensons over two months of them taking BLBs administration to ask me for details....

I had an enquiry which I asked a few solicitors to help with, Stehpensons got back to me quickly and professionally and were upfront with cost and services etc. I had a phone call first to assess what help I might need, This was with Elizabeth and she was fantastic, asked loads of questions and recommended the service I needed. She responded quickly via email and booked my appointment promptly. I then had a virtual meeting with Shay, he was lovely, allowed me to explain everything and he went in to detail about the evidence I had and gave me honest feedback. He supplied a letter of advice and further offered services and help but with absolutely no pressure to commit to anything. All the staff I have encountered with the company have been friendly and professional, this can be quite rare these days. A great service I would recommend.

While selling our property Gillian and Kate responded promptly to our queries. They chased the buyer's solicitor repeatedly (who was inordinately slow), and were clear about any items that needed our attention during the process.
