We were really happy with our products…
We were really happy with our products from Steel City they looked great with our clients and sponsors branding. We ordered lots of different products for different events at the same time and they were all great and arrived on time.
Emma was an amazing help through the whole process! She always kept us up to date, accommodated some of our short lead times and ensured we were completely happy with the branding. Our clients and sponsors were also really impressed with all the products which is great.

Branded Fans
I dealt with Debbie, Emma and Lucy when ordering some branded fans and I was extremelley happy with the service I recieved from all of them. They were in contact with me throughout all points of my order from enquriry to completion and were so friendly and efficient. The product was delivered quickly and was of great quality. Overall great service from Steel City and the team definitley deserve a special shoutout! Thanks again :)

Quality issue dealt with efficiently, professionally, and quickly
I had an issue with the quality of an order from Steel City, so I contacted them to discuss. They checked the quality on their end and agreed to re-print the entire order. This was done at no cost to myself and was actioned quickly, with steady communication.
Despite the initial issue, I am happy with the service as it only delayed the final delivery by 7 working days, which is manageable. It was also relatively hassle-free.
Special mention to Lucy Hill (Production Administrator) for organising this efficiently.
