There is such a fraud happend to me.
Someone take a loan from my name Form last 3 years I am suffering this no one is contacting me about this. By CIBIL score is soo poor. How come such company give the loan before checking any documents. Don't take any of loan from this company

hello people please dont take money from these people they customer service is pathetic hopeless and bad customer service most of the time they say they have raised aticket they are following it up and it is pending for a week please dont take money from these people

I took a loan from this and due to some reasons, unable to pay its charges, and i am trying to contact stashfin customer executive, mailed also, but no response

Very worst customer support and I want to repay my lone amount before the interest free period but in the app no alternate option to pay are call the customer care this kind of bad company how government will all to do all am very pls any one help me how to clear this issue

I had to settle my loan with stashfin due to financial issues but now it's been more than 2 months, the loan is still reflecting as active and worst thing is that the customer care no. is also not contactable as it always prompts as we will call back with in 24 hours but they never do do

⭐ Worst Experience – Highly Disappointing & Misleading
One of the worst loan experiences I’ve ever had.
StashFin charges extremely high interest rates (around 40–50% per annum) along with very high processing fees. The biggest issue is lack of transparency — the loan gets sanctioned without clearly explaining the EMI, processing charges, and the actual amount credited.
What looks like a small loan becomes a huge financial burden due to hidden costs and unexpected EMI changes. Customer support is also poor and unhelpful when questioned about discrepancies.
This feels misleading, unethical, and exploitative, especially for people in urgent need of money.
⚠️ Strong warning: Please do not apply for loans from StashFin unless you want to regret it later.

I did not even get a loan and an auto pay was set up and I have been constatntly calling for autopay cancel and no one has been responding. Stop sending your autopay responses and please respond.

Worst ever app I have seen, and no customer care
Worst ever app I have seen, no customer care service and payment related issues, I am looking to pay my full loan and I want to do full payment during my free credit period zero interest because I took loan on 13th October 2025 and today is 15th October 2025 and I don't want this loan and I want to full amount to close the matter but no option to reach customer care, and no query is answering.. I am fed up with this app now my due date is 4th November and I want to repay the full amount before the date and I want to pay full amount with in this week or today because on 4th November it will be converted to emi and e nach is registered with my account.. this is totally wrong, this app is fraud totally with high process fee and percentage of interest. Repayment also should be user friendly .., because there is no any repayment option on app it showing only EMI Payment option and when I click on repay dues it's asking the reason and I entered reason many times but no one customer care called me , I sent frequently mailed to their team and grievance.officer about free credit period repayment option And raised a complain to show an alternate payment method to clear and pay off the full amount . Pls help me anyone to sort this issue and Stashfin not assisting. I have used multiple loan apps in the past, and I can say without hesitation that StashFin is by far the most difficult, expensive, and stressful app to borrow from. I want to share my experience in detail so others can make an informed decision and avoid falling into a trap.

From the very beginning, StashFin appears to be helpful, but in reality, it charges very high processing fees and extremely heavy interest rates. These costs make even a small loan feel overwhelming. Unlike other apps I have used, every step with this app comes with hidden burdens that add up quickly.

Paying EMIs is one thing, but when I tried to foreclose the loan early to reduce the interest burden, I was shocked to see how high the closure charges were. It felt almost impossible to fully get out of the loan without paying a significant extra amount. This makes borrowers feel trapped, stressed, and financially burdened.

Another issue is that the app does not make it easy to get a No Objection Certificate (NOC) or confirmation that your loan is fully closed. The process is not clear in the app, and support guidance is limited. Many users may end up confused about their repayment status or whether the loan is officially closed.

Overall, this app does not feel borrower-friendly. It makes borrowing unnecessarily stressful, expensive, and complicated. Based on my experience, I will never take a loan from StashFin again, and I strongly advise anyone considering it to think carefully before borrowing.

There are many other apps available that are more transparent, offer reasonable interest rates, and provide clear guidance for borrowers. Protect your hard-earned money and avoid falling into the financial burden that StashFin creates.

This app can feel like a trap for anyone who is trying to borrow responsibly, and I hope this review helps others avoid the same stressful experience I went through.

I have taken the loan with Stashfin, they help me a lot in my bad times ,when all companies are rejecting my loan only Stashfin me provide me the loan.

🚨 Consumer Alert – CIBIL Credit Report Destroyed Despite Full Loan Repayment 🚨

I’m posting this to highlight a serious issue with StashFin, Akara Capital, and DMI Finance.

In 2018, I took a loan of ₹1,00,000 through StashFin, which was partially funded by DMI Finance via escrow. I repaid the entire amount on time and even received a No Dues Certificate from StashFin/Akara dated 23-June-2025.

Still, DMI Finance has falsely reported the loan as “Written Off” in my CIBIL report for the last 6 years, destroying my credit score and affecting my ability to get loans.

🔍 DMI told me they never received repayment from StashFin. This means:
❌ StashFin & Akara took my money but didn’t settle the loan with DMI
❌ No backend reconciliation was done
❌ I am now suffering financial, emotional, and professional loss — despite being a responsible borrower

📩 I have already contacted all parties and submitted proof:

NOC from StashFin

Bank statement showing disbursement from DMI Escrow

CIBIL report still showing “Written Off”

DMI response confirming non-receipt

🧾 Still waiting for resolution.
⏳ Final request issued.
⚖️ Legal complaint being filed on e-jagriti if unresolved in 7 days.

👉 I hope @StashFinIndia @DMIFinance @AkaraCapital see this and act responsibly to fix my credit record immediately.

My God just see too much negative reviews of this company so decided not to go with this company

Stashfin is worst financial company.. On the pretext of interest free period of one month they are charging 3.58% processing fee for a month which is about 42.96% annually... Worst experience with this fraud company.. Never ever fall with this company's free credit period scam.
