Very bad experience with KreditBee. Interest rates, processing fees, and foreclosure charges are all very high, with no waiver options. Even for a short-term loan, you end up paying a large extra amount, which feels unfair. There is also no consideration for long-term customers. Not recommended. If you take a loan of ₹1.5 lakh and repay it within a few days, you may still end up paying around ₹20,000 extra, including processing and foreclosure charges.

I have been receiving repeated calls and messages from their representatives, which are causing mental stress and inconvenience. Despite my communication regarding the matter, the issue remains unresolved.
The concerns I wish to highlight are as follows:
Continuous harassment through calls and messages
Unprofessional and threatening behavior by recovery agents (if applicable)
Lack of proper response to my grievances
Possible violation of RBI guidelines for digital lending

My brother got small loan( Rs. 13500)in your app. He one month paid. After 9000 pending your called me. Your brother not paid loan amount. Ok upto fine. Your Agency Mr. Raju talked to me. Pending amount you will pay sir I will give Rs. 50000 loan sir as he was told. I payed total amount after Mr. Raju phone not lifted. Why doing like this. He is very cheeter. He totally talking lie. You want pending amount tell that that only. No cheeting. This not way....
Shameless Harassment by KreditBee – Cheap & Unprofessional Recovery Tactics!
KreditBee is an extremely cheap, shameless, and completely unprofessional company. Their recovery team runs a full harassment racket — non-stop WhatsApp message bombing, repeated rude and abusive calls, and hurling vulgar abuses at my references and family.
This is blatant criminal harassment and a direct mockery of RBI’s Fair Practices Code and debt collection guidelines. Your agents have zero respect for regulations and continue intimidating borrowers like thugs.
I raised a formal complaint 4 days ago, but the harassment is still going on shamelessly. I have crystal-clear recordings of 10-12 abusive calls made to me and my references as solid proof.
Warning to KreditBee: Stop all harassment RIGHT NOW — no more calls, no more messages, and no contact with any references. Not even a single one.
If I receive even one more call or message today, I will immediately escalate this with all audio evidence to the RBI Ombudsman and file a strong case in Consumer Court. I will personally make sure heavy penalties are imposed on your company — just like the ₹42.48 lakh penalty RBI already slapped on KreditBee (KrazyBee) earlier for the exact same harassment and intimidation tactics.
You have been clearly warned. Fix your cheap recovery practices or be ready for serious legal consequences.

The customer care executive..or better say the repayment collection support they have is extremely bad in terms of behaviour...I have been clearing emi on time...this time I was late by 4 days ...as a result the call executive lady started the call with a threatening tone.. multiple times I said her to speak properly but no sooner she called my reference number and commented on my mother and family as well .......if u are a guy who is least bothered with such things , the app is good else just put ur hands down....DO NOT USE IT

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the behaviour of your customer care executives during my recent calls. I have contacted customer care multiple times, but the executives spoke very rudely and treated me as if I had done something wrong, which was very unprofessional.
I have already made the payment along with the penalty, and after that I received an SMS stating that my penalty amount will be refunded. However, when I called customer care for an update, they only said, “We are working on it, we will get back to you,” but I have not received any proper response till now.
I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and process my penalty refund at the earliest. Also, please take necessary action regarding the behaviour of the customer care executives to ensure a better experience for customers.

This has been the worst experience ever with a loan app. KreditBee’s collection agents behave like scammers. Even a small EMI delay results in abusive calls, threatening messages, and unprofessional behaviour that no genuine financial company should ever allow.
They even try to intimidate you by using family photos and personal data, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about data safety. Instead of proper communication, their agents act like they have been hired to harass, blackmail, and mentally torture customers.
No responsible NBFC should allow such behaviour. I’m seriously worried that my personal information is not safe with them. This kind of harassment and violation of privacy should be investigated immediately.
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from KreditBee.

I want to share my recent experience with KreditBee, a digital lending platform, because it highlights how broken support systems and weak escalation mechanisms can leave ordinary borrowers vulnerable to financial fraud.
The Breakdown: How KreditBee Left Me Exposed on 08/05/2025
On the last day of my EMI repayment, I tried reaching KreditBee’s customer care. Instead of connecting to a representative, the call redirected me to their support email ID, which comes with a 24-hour turnaround time. This was unacceptable — I had only a few hours left and didn’t want to risk late charges or penalties.
While searching for help, I came across a Google Form carrying KreditBee’s branding and logo. Assuming it was legitimate, I followed the instructions and ended up speaking to someone who misled me into transferring my EMI via GPay. After payment, I was told there was a “system error” and asked to pay again. That’s when I realized I had been deceived.
Failed Escalation Attempts
The official escalation numbers listed on KreditBee’s website — including for the CEO, Legal, and Complaints departments — were either inactive or temporarily disconnected.
This meant I had no way to urgently contact any responsible authority within the company.
For a financial services platform that handles customer repayments, this level of inaccessibility is not just frustrating — it is alarming.
KreditBee’s Response
When I reported the issue through official support, I expected acknowledgment of the loopholes that had left me vulnerable. Instead, I was told no responsibility would be taken, and no refund would be provided — with the blame placed entirely on me.
Why This Matters
This is not just about one transaction. My case highlights systemic weaknesses that could affect thousands of borrowers:
Customer support failures: No real-time help available on critical repayment days.
Misleading information with official branding: A form with KreditBee’s logo created a loophole for fraudsters.
Broken escalation channels: Senior management and complaint contacts listed publicly were non-functional.
Zero accountability: The company refused to acknowledge systemic flaws.
