Starr Luxury Cars Omdömen

Absolutely great car chauffeur service. Highly recommend. Good ranges of luxury cars.

impressed - personable; helpful with a last minute date change; handover and drop off of the car was hassle free; car was well turned out and as advertised. Will definitely use again.

Very professional and reassuring throughout. Genuinely stress-free performance car rental experience, which isn‘t always the case with these sort of companies. Ike does a terrific job.

Perfect company - ordered Friday night late for a chauffeur and was confirmed within a few hours - Mehmet the driver was great and polite and gave constant update of his location so I could find him leaving my venue. Will have no hesitation in using again absolutely class and honesty

First time customer here, I had direct contact with someone to find the specific car I wanted and all the arrangements were made for the car to be dropped off and collected. I really value the open communication maintained throughout the process... The car was a dream to drive and had no issues. I would recommend these guys and come back again. Thank you!

After many attempts to find a good car rental company in London in the last 2 years, we found Starr. Ike was always available for us (and he knows we texted hundred of times), and Andrew was also always available. Before, during and after the service. Always happy to assist even during a few changing during the rentals. Never say no, never with a bad humour. Outstanding team and outstanding cars. Imaculated. This is the company we will keep wotking with for sure. Great Job guys.

Spoke to Andrew late Thursday, and Organised an Audi R8 to be delivered Friday morning. First class service can’t recommend highly enough. Andrew went above and beyond to assist with quick delivery and collection. Would definitely use again.

Hired a Q7 for my employer. The vehicle was first class, delivered to the home address.
The delivery and collection was made by Andrew from Star Luxury Cars , polite and very professional.
Would definitely recommend. Clive

Beautiful cars and pleased with the service for weekend hire.

Can't recommend this company highly enough - customer service were super quick coming back to me, which was vital given my request was last minute. Beautiful car, very comfortable and clean; the chauffeur, Hanan, was punctual and he was friendly without being over-bearing - we had landed from a long haul flight and he gave us quiet and privacy, whilst being amicable and welcoming, which was just what we needed.

I couldn't be happier with the service received from Starr Luxury Cars. I booked (at very short notice) a Rolls Royce Dawn as a surprise to my other half for our wedding. The car was delivered to our home address 45 minutes ahead of schedule and in immaculate condition. Three days after collection, we have received the deposit back. We will definitely use Starr Luxury Cars again and recommend it to our friends and family.

Excellent experience and very helpful all round.

Great selection of cars and competitively priced.

We even got an upgrade!

I will defiantly book again.

The service was great from start to finish and my son was able to celebrate his 16th birthday in style, an experience which I am sure he will never forget.

Great service and communication from start to finish. I will be using their services again.

Really good service and communication. The car arrived exactly on time.
Great selection of cars.
Will definitely use again.

Rented a RR Vogue for a weekend. Great experience through out. Car was clean and delivered/ picked back up on time - very easy process.

Really good experience with Starr.

Fantastic vehicles and professional drivers that arrived perfectly on time.

We hired the Jet Class and V Class Mercedes vehicles for a day out at the NFL in London. Jet Class was particularly superb, luxurious and great fun. It was a very relaxing trip, and the return much the same.

Many thanks to all the team at Starr.

absolutely superb service from start to completion and would certainly recommend

Great experience with Starr Luxury Cars, needed something special for a weekend away and they were able to help at very short notice. Richard and Daryl were helpful and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended and I would tell everybody to give the Mercedes G63 a spin, thanks for the advice Richard. I will def be back for more as they offer a professional and quality service.
