Star Car Wash Omdömen 

I am a Star Car Wash return customer. I arrived on time at the Star car wash Belconnen and was met by a friendly attendant who was very polite and listened to what I had to say about overstaying the 2 hour free parking at Westfields Shopping Mall Belconnen. My car was ready on time and sparkling like a new vehicle. A great job was done by the team at Star Car Wash Belconnen. I will definately use them again.

Star carwash Craigieburn is the worst car wash in the planet. Very unprofessional and will rob you of your money. I took my 4X4 for a wash at 10:30 and they said it would be ready by 3:30. The wash should have cost me $90 but they said it dirty and changed me a further $30.

I went back to collect me car at 3:30 and they were only washing my car when I got there. Between 10:30 and 3:30 I drove past the carwash twice and both times they only had like 2 cars and m car was still parked where I left it in the morning.

After confronting the guys, they asked me, did you think we were just sitting around doing nothing. I said it definitely looks that way. They were not apologetic and did not care. Simply said it’s going to take a further 30mins.

Anyone who is thinking about taking you car to star carwash at craigieburn, don’t, please read the reviews and see what people have to say about this business.

Chermside branch $79 for Star Polish that comes with inside and boot vaccum. Picked up the car and boot not vaccumed. Pointed out to staff who did go back and vaccum but as I got in to leave I notice so many marks on the interior not cleaned. Marks I could remove with a baby wipe so I know they have just been lazy with it. I was excited to get my car professionally done as I did my Christmas shopping as a gift to myself but this was disappointing.

I paid $55 for a full inside outside clean. When I picked the car up they hadn't touched the boot at all. When I asked they said you can't remove dog hair without shampooing. Rubbish. A wire brush and sticky tape. The front of the car was barely touched also.

Rude and arrogant staff at Macquarie Shopping Centre, charged 80 only for exterior, left a lot of dirty spots and when I showed them, the guy said I do not see any! After I said I will write a review, he said “let me fix them for you”. Waste of time and money, do not recommend it at all.

Rude and arrogant attendant at Castle Towers site Castle Hill. Will never return. Previously used the Victoria Ave site where the service was good with an average quality wash provided.

Poor job quality, Robina, platinum car wash package.... I can just copy and paste other people reviews, but what's the point, they clearly don't care. Not recommended, unless you want to waste money and time.

Waste of time & money. Was up sold to the $99 service for extra care on vinyl and leather interior trim. The results were appalling! There was no cleaning of the interior beyond a vacuum of the floor mats. The windscreen was streaked worse than when I dropped it off. I immediately returned to the location and requested my money back. They offered to clean the car again, but I was already running late. Despite knowing this, they continued to waste my time making phone calls and looking at the car again and again, finally offering only a voucher for the same service (initially limiting it to 2wks). Why would I want to go back?? I lodged a complaint via their website requesting contact to discuss and followed up with an email 48 hours later. Nil response. They do not care about customer service. They are rude, arrogant and lazy. They saw a new car, less than 6mths old, and took advantage of an easy job. Pathetic. Will NOT return. Would NEVER recommend. If I could give ZERO stars I would!!

Very poos customer service. Staff don’t care if the car is cleaned properly or not. Even when u call them to touch up missed area, they still fail to do it properly . Two trips at Mirranda Westfield car wash and will be my last.

I would NOT recommend going to ANY of the star car washes!!! I have had my car washed at Tuggeranong, Woden, the outlet centre and Belconnen and the only one that was half decent was Woden. The service is terrible, they take longer to clean it than they say they will take, they don’t let you know when your car is ready to be picked up and more often that not the interior of the car is still wet when you pick it up so the car ends up smelling damp for weeks! I will not be going back to Star Car Wash ever again!

Terrible!! My 9 year old could do better! I complained and they can’t with a cloth to wipe off the missed marks! Only to scratch a brand new black car! Then they argued with me because I only paid $30! Will never support these people again! Rude and crap at something they do everyday!!

Just had platinum wash on my car and they did a horrible job they didn’t vacuum the back, left dirt marks on the paintwork, didn’t clean the tailgate inside, didn’t vacuum under floor mats, took it back to be redone and it’s only half done. I wouldn’t recommend their Castle Towers operation. Very disappointed. Don’t waste your money.

While I was waiting I witnessed the staff member driving my brand new car like a rally car through the car park.
I recieved my car back damaged with scratches on it also still filthy.

I rang up and complained they argued with me and were rude pigs about it.

Do not use these guys.
Worst customer service I have ever came across

The place is good for a car wash and a vaccum but don’t recommend them for a complete detail.

Not worth the money.
I paid $199.00 for the interior detail (interior wiped, dusted, surfaces detailed, leather clean and condition, fabric and carpet steam clean, door jambs and wheels cleaned, protective wax shampoo) and wish I just spent the time doing it myself properly without the special equipment.
The front window wasn’t washed/ dried properly there are marks on it. The door jambs definitely weren’t cleaned, I know they steamed the carpet mats but they didn’t do a very good vacuum beforehand. They didn’t vacuum the boot at all and didn’t steam clean it either, the dash still had visible dust and the display screen has marks on it. The exterior has dirt near both rear wheels where they missed washing completely and there are dirty drip marks.
I expected a lot better for $199.00!!

This place does not give u quality service for the money u pay ..
Didn’t even vacuum the internet..still rubbish under seats .. and didn’t clean & polish the roof of car ..very rude staff & underated ..

Car damaged today at Star Wash Miranda. 3cm x 4 cm and another patch of paint off bonnet of car whilst washed. Clearly too much pressure on the hose. No response and just rudeness from staff and manager - will be taking further with head office and viewing of CCTV footage. AVOID this place!!!!!

Yes i took my Jeep cherokee to be washed and polished, the car was still dirty on the front right mat and the back passenger side mat.
3 places around the panels had dirt on them were they completely hadn’t wiped or washed.
The dash had a powdery dust on it.
Very disappointed with Star, They take too many cars on each day and then they hurriedly try to wash them!
