Great service and a pleasure to deal with. Everything arrived quickly & well packaged. I had a problem with a faulty part and emailed them a little video of the issue. They responded very quickly and sent another out straight away. Thank you. Highly recommend this store

Do not deal with these charlatans. Horrendous customer service, selling defective products and not honouring Australian Consumer Laws. Then to have the hide to just ignore customers concerns, hoping the problem will just go away. I'll make it my mission to share my experience in as many places as possible.

Liars at the Fairfield warehouse. They'll make promises they don't intend to keep. Don't buy from them.

Took over a week for them to pack up 2 cans of spray paint and a bottle of ceramic polish. Called them asking where it was same answer was given saying it would be packed that arvo and sent out but was not the case. Still awaiting my order. Really dissapointed

Steer clear of this lot. Crap service. I have 6 cars and will never use this company again.

A pity that the worst rating you can give is a 1 star. Ordered parts and was advised they had shipped, although 2 weeks later I'm still waiting. Called them to follow up on my delivery, only to have the staff there handball me to there contracted freight company. THIS IS PART OF THERE JOB TO ENSURE THAT THE GOODS YOU PAID FOR ARE DELIVERED TO YOU. I have wasted a lot of time now on multiple calls and still haven't received what I paid for. Will be contacting the ombudsman and seeking legal recourse now and a refund. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN OVER 25 YEARS (they even make the Telco's look good). WORD TO THE WISE, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE CLOWNS ! FIND A MORE REPUTABLE BUSINESS TO DEAL WITH !!!

Purchased 2 Lambswool rotary polishing pads end of May. Great online service, fast (less than 24 hours) delivery and the product was the Original Manufacturers product (no fakes). Have used them now to cut / polish a 2600 Powercat boat. Great result.

Ordered 2 pieces 4WD Outback Tyre Gauge H/D 0-60Psi in April 2021 . Pictures on the website at the time of purchase clearly show the gauge is a Hafner (Logo & Name) Tyre Gauge, Hafner also have specific identifying features and are made in Taiwan. What was delivered were 2 substandard, poor quality, inaccurate, look a like gauges passed off as "Hard Unit" allegedly their house branded tyre gauge.
These guys are using pictures from a quality tyre gauge manufacturer and substituting the product with inferior product. Classic Bait & Switch tactic - Wont accept gauges back & refund purchase price - Buyers Beware

Over 3 weeks and still waiting on an order that has not arrived. First time I've bought with this company most likely the last. They might have cheap prices but the services is also matching of price.

Don't purchase the rotary oil pump unless you are prepared to prime it each time. It was cheap so I suppose you get what you pay for.

I ordered some McGuire's Ceramic Coating from these guys and within days it had arrived (country sa) everything was well packaged, high quality products cheaper than i could find anywhere else, i noticed a small leak in one of the bottles (thanks auspost) i contacted automegastore and within an hour had a reply from Toby, no worries we'll send u a replacement free of charge! These guys come highly recommended from me, there polite, have a better price than most and shipping is fast.
I look forward to shopping with them again.

I purchased 2 x 946ml bottles of Sta-Bil fuel stabilizer which cost $99 including shipping, a couple of days later my package arrived. I recommend this product and Auto mega store, I showed him the site and to my disbelief I see the same product and size advertised for half the price I paid at $24.99 EACH! I called the company and asked why in view of the heavily discounted price why was I not told of up and coming special and could they out of good will make it up to me some how as I feel duped. I was told bad luck as I purchased before the special was advertised literally within 48 hrs. I thought good customer relations some compensation would be offered. Would recommend or buy from them again ?????????

All good, but had to re-address package owing to typo, so making postage slower than needed to be. Great phone customer service with this.

Product I ordered was out of stock, Automegstore emailed me personally to let me know they were sourcing my tools and would get them to me as soon as possible.
Had my tools within a week.
Overall very happy with Automegastore and the quality of tooling.
