A new meaning to patience
To be honest, the games, the timing, the stroke of luck , the payout, the free games and everything is controlled by the casino, the players chance of winning is slim , let us just be honest.Then if you are fortunate,you can only withdraw R25000 week. That does not say a lot about your casino in my book, I will now have to wait 4 weeks to get my winnings paid back--surprise surprise.. I dont believe it benefits the casino as I likely would play back all the money if it was cashed out in total anyhow, now I must wait and you loose turnover. Is that good financial management? Virtual Card cannot be verified as Payment Method
I have been a Springbok Casino member since their existence. I have never withdrawn any winnings. However, I had won a small amount and decided to cash out, or rather TRY to cash out. Now, 3 weeks later, numerous emails and complaints and still no solution. The response via email is of no existence and customer care absolutely appalling. So, this all because I cannot send a photo of the physical card, due to me using the virtual card linked on my banking profile, and a screenshot is not accepted.

BEWARE: Drastic limits on big win withdrawals
I recently won a substantial amount on Springbok Casino. My first withdrawal of R25,000, the stated weekly limit, was processed successfully. However, when I attempted to withdraw another R25,000 today (as permitted after seven days), I was shocked to find I could only withdraw a maximum of R3,000, with the next withdrawal only allowed again in another seven days.
This effectively means that large wins can only be cashed out in R3,000 increments which stretches payouts over several weeks or even months. This practice is both unreasonable and deeply concerning.
Three days ago, I received an email from a Springbok Casino staff member confirming that I was “welcome to withdraw up to R25,000 a week.” Yet without warning, this was drastically reduced. I have sent multiple emails to their VIP client service and support teams but have received no response to these as of yet.
If I had known about these restrictive practices, I would never have played here. I have since discovered similar complaints about withdrawal limits being reduced to these low amounts from other players on Trustpilot. There also seems to be ambiguity under what law they operate as they are not based in South Africa but are in Curacao.
For a business that claims to be reputable (and who actively and frequently asks players to rate them on services like HelloPeter and Trustpilot), such actions raise serious questions about their integrity. In the past, I recommended them to others, but after this experience, I can only warn potential players to proceed with extreme caution.

Absolutely the same as every other online casino, withdrawing an absolute nightmare... screenshots, bank statements, selfies, utilities bills, ID photos, front and back (even if using a ID book?), bank card photos (even though i told them i used a virtual card and the bank does not allow screenshots)
They ALL just want you to give up and play out your winnings, that is the end goal. Good luck, you just cured me from online gambling... so good new for me, so much better going to a regular casino if you can.
