I ordered an autographed Sid Luckman photo and custom frame for my man cave. Unfortunately, due to work requirements, I had to move to another location after my item was shipped. The item was returned and Doreen contacted me to see if everything was okay. I informed her of my situation and she updated my order with the correct address and reshipped my item to me. I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service she provided!

My original package was missing and I never got information on a tracking number I didn’t even know when it Supposed to arrive or anything BUT TYLER PROVIDED ALL OF THIS TOO MAKE SURE I GET MY PACKAGE !

I Ordered a signed Ray Bourque Puck, after a week delay (weather was really bad where it was being shipped) the package arrived open and the puck was missing. I emailed them on Monday and Doreen assisted me. Within 1 day they got another puck, packaged, shipped and had it delivered by Wednesday. The customer service went above and beyond my expectations as this was a gift for my Dad and wanted to give this to him before he had surgery. Thank you again Doreen for the help you provide with the replacement. Ordered a signed Andy Pettitte for my son going away for his first year of college and never received it. Tbh I was freaking out. I spoke to Tyler and he took care of everything. I called customer service and talked to Tyler, and told him about the two 2020 Tampa bay Lightning Stanley Cup autographed pucks with invalid hologram ID's. He called the warehouse and had the staff there add them into your hologram ID lookup data base. Many thanks to you Tyler for the prompt service. I ordered two more pucks, and the hologram ID numbers are in your data base, give Tyler a raise, thank you very much. Richard

I ordered a picture for my husband's birthday and it arrived with a broken frame. Cristin at Sports Memorabilia was so helpful in replacing the product quickly. Ordered a signed jersey, added framing and paid for overnight shipping. This was for a special event to be presented to an honored guest at a surprise dinner party for 60 people. As it was only a few days away and hadn't shipped I contacted Sportsmemorabilia to check on status and hopefully expedite.

Tyler was extremely helpful and explained the jersey was coming from a different location and had just arrived. It had a process to go through warehouse receiving, then to framing department, then to shipping. A process that would normally take a few more days. Tyler reached out to those departments and that jersey was framed and shipped the very next day!

My deepest thanks to everyone who made that happen: Tyler, customer service, warehouse and framing departments. That framed jersey was an important moment at the event which meant a lot to the recipient, and I can't imagine it not having arrived in time. The framing job and presentation was absolutely beautiful.

We ordered a signed photo in a frame of Al Bundy, Married with Children. Very fast delivery to the Netherlands en a very happy husband at home. The photo in frame looked very good and is hanging in our living room already. Quick response and answers on my mails. Will definitely come back at this shop again.

Ordered an item for ~ $1,000. Money came off card but order didn't go through -- returned money with no notification so I thought item was ordered.
I then ordered again and the order went through properly this time (they sent me receipt and order confirmation). I find out 2 weeks later the item is 'no longer in stock'. I don't believe the item was ever in stock, they were likely using it as clickbait.
The order was a gift for a friend and is no 4 weeks overdue.
I am a UK shopper and this website should not be allowed to sell into the UK as they do not meet our consumer protection laws. Disgraceful marketing driven tactics with poor execution
