I had an issue with an order and the customer service I received from Anthony as well as others in the firm was excellent. Anthony was very timely and accurate in his correspondence and truly fixed the situation quickly. Customer service, if done right is what will always keep a business thriving.

I bought a ball signed by George Kittle together with a case. I lately discovered there was a 49's case and I asked to make a switch. Tyler from Fan Services and Support was extremely nice and helpful and solved my problem in the quickest way. They also refunded me the difference. Amazing job, guys! You deserve 5 stars!

I wanted to acknowledge Tyler for his help in turning around what was becoming a bad experience into one that will actually keep me as a customer. I was frustrated with the lack of communication over my purchase and by the time I was in touch with him I was on what was going to be my final attempt.
