Only half an order arrived….
Ordered over a month ago and although both parts of our order say shipped we have only received one of them! Have emailed 3 times with nothing but an automated reply and the live chat facility appears to not work either! I just want the second piece of glass so we can finish our kitchen!!!!!

This public debate must be tedious for all. It issuch a shame you could not deal with this privately via email. I did not refuse to take a photo. I asked what the recompense would be if I paid to have the range removed . You have repeatedly avoided answering this. As a point of principle a photo will be with you. I will bear the cost of this. I am also happy to provide several professional witness statements as I cannot see you will be able to differentiate to 3mm on a panel over 1.7m tall. I made this point initially.

No, it's tedious for me and you. You have just sent through photos of the sides that are not in question. Truly bizarre to say the least. A photo doesn't cost anything, I'm not sure you should continue annoying yourself over something that is not there. And yes, with a smart phone you can take a photo of decent quality and zoom in to see a measuring tape very well that is not such an issue as you seem to be making it. This is my final response. I can not refund you for a product that you have installed and are using, while refusing to send any proof of size inaccuracies. This is crazy I'm stopping it here, there will be in more responses to your emails.
Fabulous and just as ordered
Arrived in the specified time, well wrapped protection wise, just as we ordered with clear instructions on how to mount them. We are thrilled. Yes, the communications was not easy when following up to check on status but everything else - fabulous 😊

No way of contacting them
At the moment I can only give 1* as there has been no updates, no reply to emails send, no phone number to contact anyone and now the delivery has been sent to the wrong address and as there noway to contact you all I can do is contact the credit card for a full refund

We had our glass splashback delivered…
We had our glass splashback delivered when it said it would and was very well packaged. However it did have a mark on the glass I sent an email as couldn’t get in touch any other way but it went to junk mail so was missed I got a very helpful response from someone called Lee-Anne a week later advising what to use to remove the mark and if that didn’t work they would make me a new one. I emailed back on the 19th April and again on the 26th April stating I had tried to remove it however it looks embedded into the glass and asked for another one to be made and posted out. I have had no response from this. Could someone contact me please and confirm another one is being made. Thank you

Hi Bradley, Thanks for leaving the review after I explained all earlier today. With Gmail (and this is out of our control) - if you email consistently on the same chain it gathers them so as we work in date order each time you emailed without giving is a day/2 to answer you then moved into the 'newer emails section. We work from oldest to newest so you were consistently going to the new emails. I can not change how Gmail works, I am sorry about that. Lee-anne

This is the second time I have ordered a splash back from this company. On every occasion the service, quality and delivery has been second to none.
From the order to delivery, I was informed of each step in the process.
The product is extremely well packaged and protected against damage.
The quality of the finished product is wonderful.
I would recommend anyone considering Thai company to go ahead. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent product
Very happy with my new splash back. It was easy to order as I required a specific size. I was kept informed of the estimated delivery time and it arrived within that timeframe. The splash back was packaged safely. It came complete with a cleaning product and cloth which is excellent.

Really good service all round
Really good service all round. I ordered a bespoke size black splashback for behind my hob. The price was as competitive as buying an off the shelf product locally but was made to my unusual size, 900x400mm. I was informed of expected timescale, around three weeks, on the site as I ordered and again by email once I'd actually ordered it. It actually came in around 2 weeks. I was emailed to say it had been dispatched and was given tracking info. It arrived extremely well packaged and was exactly what I wanted. Would I use them again or recommend this company? Absolutely, without hesitation.

You did what you said time wise. Incredibly well wrapped. Beautiful piece of glass with vibrant colours. Just what I wanted. Following your measuring instructions it fitted perfectly. Easy to glue in place and it is still stuck up. It looks perfect.
