Please do not buy anything from this company they are scammers make it impossible to return and charge extortionate amount to do so , the address they give on site is in Sweden but it's really in China

Avoid at all cost! Scammers! Their return policy on their website is far from the actual policy, on their website they are suggesting to use Royal Mail for tracked return but asking to return it to China???? Also on their packaging the Return Address is in the UK but they refuse to accept it, horrible people horrible company don’t waste your money! How are they even allowed to operate in the UK? Where is trading standards to deal with scammers like these!!!

Scam company - ordered a coat which arrived in over 2 weeks - was below quality & did not match the description. They wont pay for the return postage and refusing to pay for a refund.

Avoid!!! Ordered a dress for £55 in my usual size. It took 2 and a half weeks to arrive, the quality was awful (felt like a shower curtain), there was faults in the stitching in 2 places and I couldn’t get the dress past my knees. Following the refund policy, I emailed to ask for a refund which they were unwilling to give and stated they could only replace the item. After some back and forth they said they would be willing to give me a refund if I covered postage costs (£25!!!!). Currently in process of disputing with my bank as the company do not want to give me back my money at all the company is a joke! They are also registered in Amsterdam but it is obviously a Chinese company.

Big time scammers. Products are used, been sent without any labels whatsoever and they are not accepting their poor service even though they know very well how they operate, that is why their offices is registered in Netherlands.
Avoid at all costs - will be reporting this fraudulent activity they are carrying out

Stay clear of this company!!! Upon reading the trust pilot reviews I decided to order the black blazer dress in 2 different sizes. First of all it took 2 weeks for my order to arrive, secondly the dress that is advertised & the dress that arrived was not the same. The dress I received was a cheap, silky material with no buckle on the back or buttons on the sleeve like in the picture. When I contacted the company to inform them I wanted to return one of the dresses for a refund they said they’d be happy to send a different size for a small exchange fee of £24.00 & I didn’t have to return the item even though on their returns policy it says you can exchange your item free of charge. I told them I wanted to return the item for a refund & could they give me the address to send it back to. The next email I received said they would like to offer me a 15% partial refund to save me the hassle of returning the item I declined this offer & stated I wanted a full refund. The next email I got offered me a 20% partial refund as a goodwill gesture & said I am welcome to keep the item again I declined stating I wanted a full refund & to send me the address where I need to return the item to. The next email I got was a returns address in china! Now nowhere on the contact & company’s information does it state this company is in china as I would never have ordered from it. The company address is in the Netherlands & the warehouse is in the uk & the phone number is a uk number. I now have 30 days from the day my order was delivered to return it to an address in china that is probably fake knowing the item will probably never get there & they can refuse to refund any monies owed to me. Do not order from this company as they are fraudsters using other company’s clothing/pictures to advertise on their site. They will do anything not to give you a full refund so beware.

I’ve ordered twice now and both times the quality has been consistent. Definitely becoming one of my favourite online shops.

It was my first purchase here and I bought a zip cardigan I had a good experience on this page, I loved the cardigan once I saw it it was perfect and it arrived in the stipulated time

The wide leg denim jeans caught my eye, I was worried about the fit but I took a chance. Delivery was on time and I got updates tracking my order, which was very reassuring. Very pleased as the fit is perfect!

Ordering was nice and smooth. Got the confirmation mail quickly aswel. Than for a day or 2 there was no update sk I thought ill send them a mail. And got a reply back within a few hours which was assuring. Slightly over a week after ordering I got the package. The items was exactly as was described. Only 4 starts cause delivery was slight longer than expected. But everything else was great!

Bought a jacket for my husband’s birthday. He’s very picky about fabrics but he actually really liked this. The visual check they mention on the site must be true because there wasn't a single loose thread or flaw. Great local-feeling brand.

My order took about 8 days to arrive, so it’s not Amazon-fast, but I’d rather wait for quality. The faux leather jacket has a great weight to it and doesn't have that weird plastic smell some cheap ones have. Very happy with the purchase.

I was searching for a dress with the perfect size. I asked the customer support
and they helped me really good. A few days later the dress arrived and the size is perfect. I can recommend this store!
