Speedwell Pharmacy Omdömen 

I had an emergency prescription and in Plymouth it is very hard to find a pharmacy that is open at 7pm on a Friday night I arrived in the car park outside speedwells pharmacy in Estover Plymouth and asked a lady called Darwal in the car park where there was a pharmacy open and it was my good fortune that she was one of the pharmacy staff and she kindly walked me back to her pharmacy that had just closed and she asked her boss if he could process my prescription and he said of course.
Both members of this business should be highly appreciated because they are extremely professional and very very kind.
Thank you both for helping me in my hour of need. You are absolutely the best example of how to run a business.

I have been very happy with the service at Speedwell Pharmacy in Apsley. The team are always professional, kind and willing to answer any questions about my medicines. Their location on the ground floor of Lincoln House Surgery is extremely convenient, and it is great that they are open seven days a week from morning until late evening, which makes collecting prescriptions after work much easier.

I made an appointment over the phone for a consultation with a pharmacist as requested by my doctors surgery for a UTI, under the pharmacy first scheme.
When I got there I was told I had to buy a £7.00 UTI test over the counter, which would need to test positive before anyone would see me.
Test was positive and so she allowed me to see a pharmacist. The pharmacist was a locum and was amazing - however she told me I did not need to purchase a test, and that under the pharmacy first scheme a pharmacist will see a patient experiencing symptoms.
I complained at the desk and got my money back. They have the UTI tests right at the payment till, so I feel they may be doing this to other people. Its really dishonest and sneaky. People in need may have walked away in pain, if they could not afford the £7.00 test.

Sharon has been consistently helpful with the people I Support and their medication, she goes above and beyond she always makes sure medication arrives on time. She deserves a medal

Both my daughter and I had our Covid Vaccinations this week with Jackie the nurse. Excellent service once the pharmacy was opened albeit somewhat late. No after effects for either of us and I would recommend this service.

Excellent service as always. Really helpful text to advise meds ready to collect, lovely friendly efficient staff in the pharmacy. Never had any cause for complaint.

If you look below you will see my original review of 5 months ago, glowing. However now I have seen the truth! I contacted them to find out why my prescription had not been delivered and I spoke to Lucy who frankly should not be working in health care due to the shocking way she treats people. I went to see the manager and it was clear that he was not taking in what I was saying and when you consider I am the third person to post a review raising concerns about how customers are treated on another platform, I think it fair to say staff are following the management lead. Please stay away from this place to avoid any unpleasant distress.

What a lovely surprise, phoned for a flu jab, told I could just drop in. Dropped in, quick effiencent and friendly. I have transferred my regular prescriptions as they will deliver. I thought Pharmacies like this were a thing of the past. Highly recommended.

I had a growth on my ear and thanks to the pharmacist advice I managed to get it sorted as it turned out to be cancer ,if it wasn’t for him ,I would have ignored it so I owe him big time

Staff are friendly enough but it's not very professionally run .
Pharmacist wearing loads of chavy clothes , doesn't look very professional especially being a pharmacist. Staff don't look happy .
No notification for meds anymore 😕
