Are you really going to such low point and removing reviews?

We are clients of Spaces Yorkville for four years, three offices, and never missed a single payment. I want other business owners to know what that loyalty got us.

One day, out of nowhere, we received a notice telling us to vacate. No conversation, no warning, no attempt to find a solution together. Our office was handed to the company next door so they could use it as a snack room I am not exaggerating.

Meanwhile, there are at least three vacant offices in that center that could have served that exact purpose.

I have since tried to get our office back through the operations manager. The response was an offer for a different office at a new-tenant rate, as if four years of history meant nothing.

Over four years I accepted every rent increase without a single complaint. I never negotiated, never caused problems, never pushed back. I know other long-term clients who are leaving for the same reasons.

If you are a business owner looking for office space in Toronto, think carefully before committing here. Loyalty does not appear to be part of how this location operates.

I need my office back before we will involve everyone in this mess you caused, including the company who took over our office space.

I am a current client of Spaces Yorkville I had 2 offices for 4 years already.

One day they came with a notice to kick me out of my office just to give the office to a company beside me and called it a business decision. They also doubling rent for companies that stay loyal to them.

It’s better if you are looking for an office to go to the coworking space above Sephora on Bloor they actually treat your business well.

They have my office to another company who was just beside me and they placed snacks in it.

I will make sure everyone knows what was the name of the company who took away my office so you know if they steal from businesses that way so how can you even give them your own business. Same goes to Spaces Yorkville.

They didn’t even come to me to talk about it and caused business damages.

Now I will make sure this story is heard on all press releases in Canada and the USA.

Meanwhile, loyal clients are watching their rent double while new tenants get preferential treatment.

4 years of loyalty meant nothing.

If you’re a business owner shopping for office space in Toronto, I’d seriously reconsider Spaces Yorkville.

There are operators in this city who actually value long-term relationships.

And it doesn’t stop there.

Long-term clients at Spaces Yorkville are watching their rent get doubled while new tenants walk in at lower rates. This is how they reward loyalty.

This caused direct damage to our business operations. And they did not care.

To every founder, CEO, and business owner looking for office space in Toronto: do not give Spaces Yorkville your business. There are operators in this city who actually understand what a long-term partnership means.

Loyalty should mean something. Apparently not here.

Thank you for looking into this. My office was given to a company named: Accord.

They are using the office to eat snacks. This was such a bad decision when the center has atleast other 3 empty offices that can be used for wtvr they are doing there.

I personally know at least 2 more offices about to leave because of the new deputy manager.

I chose that specific office because I wanted always to have a window but the window offices were always taken and this office was infront of a window so I settled for it. Spaces increases my rent year over year and I never fight or argue, I always accepted everything you guys threw my way, but there are limits.

Thank you for looking into this again, I just need my office back.
