Easy company to deal with
Easy company to deal with, I had a slight issue with delivery instructions of my purchase and the company dealt with it straight away and at no cost to myself.

Charts were not what I expected
Charts were not what I expected. Portfolio charts are usually much bigger scale these charts were scaled so that there was no detail and barely usable for course plotting.
And when I asked to exchange I was told there is A NO RETURNS POLICY.
What a waste of money!!!

We are sorry that the Small Craft Charts that you ordered from our Leisure Folios section did not have the level of detail which you expected. The A2 size Small Craft Charts are intended to support coastal navigation around the UK by leisure and other small boat users, as noted on our website. They replaced the previous UKHO Leisure Portfolio charts in October 2021, but have the same details and are suitable for passage planning and navigation. All of our paper charts are printed on demand (POD) specifically for each order and, therefore, we do not offer any returns on incorrectly ordered charts. Our returns policy is clearly shown on our website.

Software/tide products supplied online avoids charges. Brilliant!
Brilliant decision to supply TotalTide using Dropbox rather than CD/DVD means no delivery charge and no import levies into EU countries.
