Great response to an issue with my delivery.
There was an issue around my chart going to a different address. I did not know until I enquired where my chart was. The lady was very honest and explained in a prompt email what had happened, immediately apologised and sent the chart by DHL I day delivery. I was happy with the response and that I will have it tomorrow. Loved the honesty and immediate remedy.
