I hadn’t dealt with the Southampton Cruise centre before but I’m glad I did. There was lovely, friendly voice called Jaqueline who took my call. She has been so patient throughout the whole booking process. Nothing was too much trouble. She had answers to all my queries and questions. We laughed a little and it added to making the booking so pleasant & easy to organise.
