I booked and had to cancel it - great experience throughout
This would be the third time that I would be using the South African Hotels for business travel. I made my booking and it was a very easy process, then unexpectedly I had to cancel it. South African Hotels swiftly reversed the charges to my credit card. Thank you for the professionalism.

great service
I was desperately looking for a place to take the family for the Easter holidays. Seeing that I was late, I was slowly losing hope that i'll find any place for that weekend. I called SA-golfing & safari tours and the lady who assisted me reassured me that even though it might be tight, she'll find something for us. By the end of the day, i had a confimation for accomodation at Mount Sheba hotel.

We understand your concern in regards to submitting such personal information as a passport number. However, in the case of credit card charges being declined by the banks, we contact the authorization centres which only assist in clearing the charges for our clients if the passport / ID numbers are available. But in most cases, the credit card charges go through immediately and therefore the social security and passport numbers are not required by us.

Good and cost effective booking platform
I was able to get a quote for Hilton that was about 30% cheaper than most other booking platform were quoting. This is a very good platform for booking hotels in South Africa. And the response time was very quick.

I contacted South African Hotels after struggling to find somewhere to stay in Cape Town due to a large conference in the area at the time I wanted to make my booking, and the service I received from Ryan was second to none. Although there were no available rooms showing he contacted management at the hotel and secured us a room with a view of table mountain as requested. We stayed at the Commodore Hotel in Cape Town for a week from Feb 3rd and had a lovely stay. The room was spacious and spotless and very comfortable. The hotel is a very short walk from the waterfront and all the restaurants etc on offer there, but if you are looking for a super breakfast then the hotel itself could not be beaten. It would be hard to think of anything you might want that wasn't on offer for breakfast. The service in the hotel was first class - all in all an excellent choice to stay in Cape Town - thank you again to Ryan and South African Hotels

I've received quick and timeous response and feedback. There was no problems or issue with my bookings. I paid less then booking directly with the hotel or via their website. We need competitiveness and South African Hotels has given me this. I will use this for future bookings.

More than I expected!!
I tried my luck to book an evening away at Sun city for my family on the last minute. My enquiry was responded to in mere minutes, the reservation process was quick and easy and I paid less than any of the other sites I visited.
