Ordered what was supposed to be an Artisan quilted tote bag, from a company that was closing down.
When the bag was delivered in a small plastic bag which when opened contained a cheap printed piece of rubbish.
They are still advertising as closing.
They are also stating reviews of 4.8/5.0
Do not get caught out!

Just received my bag which was meant to be a birthday gift for a special friend. This bag is massed produced, poorly made and finished and nothing like the photos online which give the impression this is quilting work. I would be too embarrassed to give such a badly made item to anybody.
I paid £30 and wouldn’t want to pay £5.99 for such terrible quality.
This is a scam site with totally misleading claims and photos and I feel badly let down.
Do not touch this with a barge pole. They should be shut down.

Just received my order after a long delay . The quality of the bags is not worth the money even at sale price. Buyer beware. Hand crafted they
are not !! Misleading advertising . The bags are now destined to be stocking fillers for Christmas. Originally intended for special birthday gifts. Not worth the money. I sew myself so just know these are mass produced.
Very disappointing . Its put me off buying from Facebook adverts. My bank has told me to avoid FB and Instagram retailers. Where the most scams take place

A Chinese rip off scam.

Very disappointed with the quality of the bag received. Nothing like the picture (AI generated?) on the website. Certainly not hand crafted but mass produced printed design with stitching covering the whole area. Certainly won’t be using these people again. Should have looked at the reviews first.

I've never paid so much for what is, basically a very cheap looking bag. The bag arrived but it is just polyester fabirc with a design printed onto it, and then stitched all over it to resemble quilting. It's barely worth £5.00 let alone the almost £30.00 I paid for it. It was for a friend's birthday, but I can't possibly give her this cheap looking bag, it would be insulting. I am exceedingly disappointed. The description of a lovely quilted bag is totally misleading - don't buy this product.

Big disappointment. The product is NOT as advertised Do not buy. Total waste of money.

Minus 5 stars. I feel such an idiot by falling for such false advertising. The other reviews are accurate. Also embarrassed as one of the bags was meant for a gift.
Before I start the complicated process of returning my bags, can anyone tell me if they honour their stated refund promise?

Sadly I agree with all the other reviews, poor quality, nothing like the pictures, this has now convinced me not to purchase anything else from Facebook, lesson learnt. 😣

Sadly I agree with all the reviews on this site. I feel I have been totally conned by the photos they show. My bag is no where near as good as the photos - it is in truth really bad in reality. Having just lost our cat I was feeling quite emotional when I saw the advert. I just wish I had read the reviews before I wasted £29.95 on a bag worth about £5!! I have put a photo on the Facebook page and wish I could add one here. The stitching is just all over the picture of the cat in white stitching on a black cat!! AVOID

Another scam outlet (would give a zero if i could) - photo's on the website are not dissimilar to those from 'Maple Stitches' who sell the same, cheap mass produced crap worth a couple of quid at best... Avoid Avoid Avoid (i can't say this enough).. no refunds provided, T&C's state refunds don't apply to sale items - everything is a sale item!

Bag looks nothing like the one on offer. Quote £75.00 each but now £29.95 but looks like £5 bag. Says handmade and shows lady sitting with a bag with needle and cotton in her hand on website but not one stitch done by hand. Says despatched by Royal Mail but comes via Evri direct from China. Would like to have added 2 photos to this

Do not believe anything about this company! I wish there was an option for 0 stars as I have been well and truly scammed and am extremely disappointed!

I placed an order for 6 bags and had looked forward to surprising family and friends with special gifts. When the bags arrived, I was very disappointed in the quality of materials (all cheap polyester) and the machine quilting that looked nothing like the high quality finish in the photographs.

The goods do not match the description given on the website. They are not "thoughtfully handmade using quality materials." They are made from cheap polyester with printed designs and machine quilted.

They do not represent "honest craftmanship." There is nothing hand-crafted about these bags. They were sewn quickly in a mass-produced, factory way.

They are "not finished with attention to detail." The finish is clumsy and very basic. The actual bags look nothing like the photos of the bags on the website. Do not buy these products!They are fake!

I was going to order some bags from this company but fortunately i have an app on my device that warned me that it may be fake online sellers i looked into it further. I read the reviews which horrified me. I also did some further research & found numerous sites going under different names selling the same products so susan &linda are not unique or artisan sellers. It is such a shame that there are people scamming buyers with the descriptions of what appear to be lovely products which turn out to be the exact opposite. I am so pleased that my protection on my device saved me from being scammed, so other buyers be aware & stick to the websites that have the recognised encryption

It seems I should have read the reviews before ordering these bags. They really are not as advertised and there is certainly nothing special about them. One was supposed to be a backpack but is just an ordinary bag the same as the other bags I ordered. Definitely came from China NOT The Hague in the Netherlands. I real scam!

As per other reviewers I have been scammed!! I ordered two bags to receive their discount offer on their website. The products looked fantastic with embossed embroidery. After I had ordeed I looked at Trustpilot and saw the awful reviews. I tried to cancel the order but couldn't and even asked my bank to stop payment with no luck. When the bags eventually arrived they are nothing like the embroidered ones shown in the pictures. There is no embroidery, just a cheap printed picture.
I am in my eighties and in poor health and cannot cope with the stress of trying to get my money back so I am going to accept this as a lesson learned and vow to always look at trustpilot for any new suppliers. C'est la vie

Just been scammed. Ordered 2 bags to receive their discount offer on their website and something made me look at Trustpilot and saw the reviews. Am waiting for a refund via my bank as it was too late to cancel the payment (done within an hour but still too late.) Please beware.

I ordered a bag and within an hour found reviews saying not as described so I tried to cancel the order. Guess what, too late.. Ahh no problem they said we will refund if not happy. Order sent from China.. Bag had white stitching pattern all over it!! Not black. Totally cheap rubbish. Photoshoped to enhance colours and finish. So 2 offers and no full refund unless you return bag at your expense to China.
I learned an important lesson.. If no Pay Pal don't bother..

Where do I start!!!! IN SHORT I DIDN'T GET THE ARTISAN PRODUCT ADVERTISED, when I opened the parcel, it immediately incensed me!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!!!
This is obviously a scam, i.e. selling inferior products as handmade artisan.

I got my money refunded today, after much hassle proving it's a scam and all the work it involved. I claimed on my credit card, which is just as well because I'd have lost all my money. AS FOR THE "ARTISAN HANDMADE BAG" that they sent, it's just gone straight into the bin and GOOD RIDDANCE!!!!
DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT A LOT OF HASSLE AND ANGER CLAIMING YOUR MONEY BACK!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!
