Absolutely amazing customer service. I got a few samples from them to choose which laminate flooring to get, quality felt amazing and prices unbeatable. Sharon was really responsive over phone calls and emails and always ready to help when needed. Although we didn't end up getting our flooring from Source Wood Floors (as we decided we liked one laminate flooring slightly more than theirs), I wouldn't hesitate one second to recommend them. I did not believe that Source Wood Floors could be as good as their previous 5-star Trustpilot reviews suggested - but I was proven wrong! Source Wood is every bit as good as their glowing reviews - an excellent company and I got absolutely 5* service from Sarah. She gave me excellent, professional and knowledgeable advice, she even got a rep to send us a FREE box of laminate to try out when I could not decide between two laminates - have you ever heard of that? It took me months to decide which were the right floors for us, and Sarah supported me throughout! And did I mention the excellent price? I got good-quality herringbone Quickstep for a fraction of the price I would have paid elsewhere! Thank you, Sarah and colleagues!

I was finding the process of choosing high quality, competitively priced flooring a bit of a nightmare. Companies I had requested samples from tended to follow up with countless pushy emails about sale prices coming to an end etc (only to immediately launch identical sales all over again.)
Dealing with Source Wood floors has been a really refreshing experience. I was after a very specific size of parquet flooring and noticed such a product on the Source Wood floors website. I contacted the company for a quote and sample and spoke with Sharon who was very easy to deal with.
The sample (a full size block) arrived the next day and a quote for two options of flooring arrived by email.
The price was very competitive and I couldn’t find anything cheaper elsewhere.
When I contacted the company to purchase the floor, the specific type I was after wasn’t in stock but was expected in about 4 weeks. I decided to go ahead with the order and Sharon told me she would give me a call every week to let me know if there was any news. A week later I received a call saying the flooring was again in stock much earlier than expected and could be delivered the following week.
I have now taken delivery of the parquet blocks and they appear to be stunning.

Great experience from initial enquire to deliver. Sarah was great and she went over and above with helping us to source the floors and communicated non stop. The deliver went smooth, delivered on time and Sarah made sure thAt everything was ready and in place. The flooring is great quality. Easy to deal with, friendly and good value

The purchase process was simple but then you would expect it to be, what made the whole experience a pleasure was the delivery part which can always be a nightmare. it was not the lorry driver was dropping his last delivery and a long drive back to base, i could have expected a quick drop and run but he did not do that. he went above and beyond i it reflected wonder-fully well on your company

One of the few companies with high grade (select) and thick wear layer (6mm) oak wood flooring. Extremely competitive prices. Top marks for customer service. Sent out samples quickly (arriving next day), plus were easy to reach by phone to discuss options and find out about availability of stock. Also good with follow up inquiries.
