We had the most seamless experience from initial enquiry through to final delivery. The team were a pleasure to work with and extremely efficient. We are absolutely delighted with our new herringbone floor and highly recommended them as a company. They get very high praise indeed!

Great experience. Sharon and the team were incredibly helpful both with the initial order (I needed scotia to match the laminate I had ordered) and with the delivery. I had left the order a bit too late, but everything ended up arriving in time for the fitters to install. Price was competitive as well.

The staff were very helpful in finding the right grade/ colour/ extras. We were sent various samples and when we were concerned about a colour match they reassured us - and it was all good. The prices were good as is the quality of the products.

Very good service

We were extremely happy with the service provided - Sarah made every possible effort to assist and to provide a good price. The aspect which was less than ideal was the delivery - we had 33 packs, each of which was very heavy, and the delivery guy wasn't up for moving them into the garage. If we hadn't had our joiner available to help - and my pensioner husband who really struggled - I don't know how we'd have transported them. We were warned in advance of delivery - but after purchase- that this might be the case, but that doesn't help if you are unable to arrange for a couple of strong guys to help on the day. We appreciate that they are just middlemen and delivery is arranged by the supplier, and so out of their control - but I think we should have been warned before purchase that this would be the case. And V4 need to do better.

A follow up with some damaged boxes again top notch but sadly 1 final damaged box was not refunded or replaced

I appreciate it’s difficult to manage for the seller but as a customer with over 450kg of flooring fits not practical to check as requested

They truly went above and beyond with their expertise, efficiency and their desire to advise with the customer’s best interest solely at heart.
I feel blessed to have found a company like Source who have restored my faith in online trading which can so often be a minefield.
I’d thoroughly recommend this company to anyone as their customer service is a rare breath of fresh air and I’d give them a 10*rating if only I could!
