Ordered trainers and it said it would be here within 5-7 days 2 weeks later it still hasn’t arrived and then 1 more week later I got a refund out of nowhere . No contact about the shoes during this time at all . Emailed them and had no response . DO NOT TRUST THEM

customer service is great but delivery time and recieved the different sizes delivery was a week late didnt get a tracking until i asked for one the shoes are nice but what do i do with two different sizes?

No way people are this dumb to fall for it, this whole store sells replicas claiming they are authentic, I literally bought a pair and had a Nike employee who literally deals with that stuff to check and said it was fake asf, there’s a reason why on their website it says no returns or refunds because if someone claims they are fake then that’s your money lost 😂😂

Bit unsure when I ordered them but managed to speak to the owner of the shop and everything went smoothly and item was delivered to plan and my grandson was very happy with the yeezy sliders

The one star review relates to communication and delivery. This is the second item I have ordered from here and both times misinformed about delivery and delivery times etc.

I really don’t understand the reason behind lying about shipping and he does lie, rather than just giving an honest answer. I’m more frustrated that they lie about shipping than I am about when the parcel actually arrives. I posed a question as to if they could provide when the parcel might arrive and his response was Wednesday 1st May, 2nd May at the latest. As per the first item ordered nothing arrived. I finally managed to get a tracking number and when I checked it states parcel was sent on 3rd May, not sure how I was going to receive on 2nd May if he hadn’t even posted it. Customers would be less frustrated if you would just honest about shipping times.

My experience with SolSneaks and its owner, Alex Solenko, has been incredibly disappointing. I sent a return label over 30 days ago for consignment stock retrieval, and despite multiple promises from Alex about “shipping soon” or “currently printing labels,” there has been no concrete action since December 18.

The continuous string of lies and excuses has made this process extremely frustrating. It’s disheartening to deal with a lack of transparency and follow-through.

Additionally, I also had an extended delay in receiving payment for a shoe I sent first further adds to my dissatisfaction.

Please do not deal send shoes without payment when you sell to him, I’d also recommend if you are currently consigned with him to retrieve your stock. I have seen another person have the same issue and no one should face a lying shop owner.
