Franchement, expérience catastrophique avec SoloLearn. J’avais souscrit à leur essai gratuit uniquement parce que mon école nous demandait de le faire pour obtenir un bonus. J’ai bien annulé l’abonnement dans les temps, mais malgré ça, j’ai été débité quand même ! Dès que j’ai vu le prélèvement, j’ai immédiatement contacté leur support pour expliquer la situation. Résultat ? Refus total de remboursement, sans aucune compréhension ni considération. Je suis étudiant, je n’ai clairement pas les moyens de payer ce genre de service, surtout quand j’ai fait les démarches correctement.
C’est inadmissible. Leur système est trompeur et leur service client complètement fermé au dialogue. Faites très attention avant de vous inscrire, même pour un essai gratuit. Très déçu et en colère.

The way i reiceived help from sololearn is great

Hmm , me and solo learn are like friends sometimes we are the best of friends and others I ghost him for sometime but all in all it's a great experience to interact with others on this grinding path of programming

This company seems very predatory! Will charge your card for 70 dollars which I did not even request for Pro on a very basic kiddie app and will not reply to any of your request: No customer service number or anything. Horrible app, customer service I feel as if I have been scammed.

Sololearn is a good learning app, easy to use and with clear explanations. What I really appreciated is the customer support: when I had an issue, the assistance was very responsive and helpful. It’s reassuring to know that there is a real support team behind the app. Overall, a great experience.

Do not subscribe solo learn! The content is fine at best and they do not ever remind you of your upcoming subscription renewal, which means you’ll be hit with an unexpected £60 payment! Then when you try and get a refund (within hours of the payment being taken ) they don’t allow you to and refer you to some hidden refund T&Cs.
Stay away & save your money!

Should have looked here before trying the free trial… got charged with no notification. Its as if they try to rob you off your money by sending you no notification of the trial ending soon so you dont end up cancelling and they end up with your money. I contacted their support and they dont even bother to help and just redirect you to their refund policy.

das es sich um m.e. unseriöse Geschäftspraktiken handelt, die auf dem EU Markt nichts verloren haben.
Es ist auf Abzocke ausgelegt.
Schade und traurig, das Sololearn sein Produkt so an die Kunden bringen muss.

The Intermediate SQL course is atrocious. Sololearn seems to have discarded the fundamentals of the learning process, while still having the audacity to ask users to pay money for a subscription that would still leave them utterly confused with incomplete information and many, many questions. For anyone hoping to learn SQL - don't bother with this one. I hope for everyone's sake that Sololearn's other courses are better organised.

A great app, I love this app so much it helped me learn a lots. But i hope it will have Vietnamese.

I was curious about the PRO version but later realized it’s not even the full version, to get proper AI correction, I’d have to pay again for the MAX plan. That’s already misleading enough❗

As I was unhappy with this, I stopped using Sololearn well before my trial ended and even tried to cancel, but a Wi-Fi issue prevented the cancellation from going through Later, after contacting Sololearn, they pointed to their refund policy which reveals their system charges users 24 hours before the trial actually ends. That means even if you cancel within the trial period, you can still get charged. Completely unfair❗

I contacted both Google Play and Sololearn. Google confirmed that the funds were already forwarded to Sololearn and that only Sololearn could process the refund. Yet Sololearn support kept redirecting me back to Google and then ignored my messages altogether.

Their policy claims “exceptions” can be reviewed but in reality, they don’t seem to honor that at all. Their refund process, misleading upgrades and lack of accountability are unacceptable❗

Me suscribí a SoloLearn con la promoción de prueba gratuita de dos semanas. Cancelé mi suscripción dos días antes del vencimiento, tal como indicaban sus instrucciones. El 22 de agosto recibí confirmación de que la cancelación había sido exitosa. Sin embargo, en mi tarjeta apareció igualmente un cargo de USD 47,99.

Envié un correo a soporte con toda la evidencia (recordatorio de cancelación, confirmación de baja y el resumen de la tarjeta) pero pasaron varios días y no recibí respuesta. El servicio de atención al cliente es inexistente y no dan soluciones rápidas a un problema que claramente fue un error de la plataforma.

Una aplicación educativa debería transmitir confianza y transparencia, pero en mi caso generó lo contrario. Estoy a la espera de que me devuelvan el dinero, pero la falta de respuesta ya es una muy mala experiencia.

I wish I would've read the reviews before I let them know my debit card number. I've had my money stolen too. It was a bill payment that I borrowed nonetheless and j don't even use the app. Beware of this company. Don't believe their "free trial" and for some reason Google wont issue a refund. They need to take this app out of Google play because it's all a scam. Try Mimo to learn coding

The support person (Nané) was super helpful and prompt in her responses. I basically loved the quick help.
