When you first contacted us, we offered you a full refund and provided return instructions. Unfortunately, the product wasn’t returned to us, and around two months later you reached out again to request a return, explaining that you had been travelling. While we completely understand this, your request was made well outside the return window.
Even so, as a gesture of goodwill, we sent you five additional spare bulbs, which were delivered to you.
