From the very first contact I had with Joe and Elliot I felt at ease and not overwhelmed by jargon. I wa kept informed of progress at the various stages of the transition of the funds. I was given direct access to a client service manager if I needed to speak to someone, Becci was extremely helpful and kind. Thank you making this process a little less daunting.

The experience with Pension Pulse was great from start to finish. The service was stellar with open, responsive and transparent communication as well as patience, taking the time to explain every step of the process, answer all my questions and make sure I was on board with everything that was happening.
