The engineer who came to sort out the boiler issue was very friendly and helpful and a pleasure to meet who explained everything very well and made sure it was all good so thanks for everything

The customer service was polite & helpful when l called them accidentally then they decided to organise a gas inspection. I found the link to confirm my appointment difficult to use but l was pleased when got another reminder to cancel. The engineer was professional & polite. The only reason they aren’t getting 5 stars is that most contractors aren’t mindful to remove or cover their shoes when they enter people house. At least let them ask before entering people’s home with dirty shoes.

Great service from start to finish. The booking system was easy to use, and the communication was excellent. I was running late getting back to meet the engineer, but I was able to speak to him through my Ring doorbell and he kindly waited for me. He was friendly, approachable, and very patient with my two excitable dogs. A real credit to the council service. Thank you.

He was a very polite and friendly young man. In the 9yrs I have lived here no one has ever done such a thorough service. I told him about a problem with the boiler that I was concerned about (a very loud booming noise after using the hot water). That was the first thing he looked into. 10/10 for his work and demeanor.

The gentleman who came to do my gas check yesterday was polite, pleasant, courteous, helpful and extremely efficient. I was pleasantly impressed.

I suffered a sudden fairly bad leak from my kitchen pipes and was very anxious as I have health problems with limited mobility. Customer service told me someone would be sent out ASAP. One of their plumbers was in the area and did an initial inspection another plumber was sent out to complete the job. The plumber was very reassuring that it could be fixed that evening. He did a great job and I was extremely satisfied.

The engineer who dealt with the faulty boiler was both professional and helpful in resolving the issue. He listened to all the issues I raised. Great.

The lady engender was very well prepared with equipment I have never seen before. She did all the tests and answered my questions. Se checked the gas meter with a special equipment, and sprayed the connections after (to check for leaks I suppose), then attached something else to the gas boiler and also filled some water as the pressure was a bit low. She looked inside the boiler and takes some pictures.
I am giving 5 stars because of this professional lady engender even though I haven’t had that experience before with the previous engineers.
