Purchased a book 2 weeks ago. No shipping confirmation or item yet. No replies to multiple emails. I’ll never use this company again. Good job

Never never buy from them, there prices are insane, I really don't know how they sell anything

Do not buy from this store, the market up on their products is insane. They think you are stupid, prove them wrong.

Case in point, scrolling socials today and saw an advertisement for a 3kg bucket of Nutella today, curious i checked the price...

Who is going to pay $143 for a 3kg bucket of Nutella when you can buy x4 750g jars for $50?

Another company where they say they will send it on a certain date, hear nothing, you send a message asking where it is, they ignore you, and you never hear back from them again. Avoid.

Ordered before xmas got half order a week ago for towels....they were wrong colour....no sign of other half of order, no correspondence on nz or au chat, sent 6 emails....they are ripping people off, no correspondence, awaiting full correct order but will probably never receive

Terrible company. They took my money and still have not delivered It has been over 1 month so far. They have no contact phone number and they do not answer emails. I have had 1 respose 6 days ago saying they were couriering my order that day but no track number nor any sign of order. They are still not responding. I doubt they have sent my order

Ordered item 6th needed for event on 18th, no delivery and reported to Smartfox who promised delivery by 17th. Nothing arrived 17th and ordered from alternative supplier for express courier delivery on 18th (which arrived on time same day). Parcel that should have arrived 17th from Smartfox arrived 19th. Never use this supplier again!

Horrible company. Claiming to have all the stock in NZ but it is the scam. No tracking number, no order status. Avoid them! I am still waiting for my order. I doubt it will ever arrive.

They forgot about my order and I found they charge exorbitant prices pretty much double on foodstuffs compared to our 2 resident public extortionists

Prices are absolutely disgusting complete rip off really hope no one buys anything at their ridiculous profit margins- please be aware and cautious to shop around!

Scammers purchased item from trademe no communication to its whereabouts no reply to emails company is obviously a scam and selling items they don't actually have in stock

Pricing is ridiculous, on Trade Me or their website it is double or more of the retail price in stores.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!They don't advertise their products correctly & trick you into paying 20 times the regular price and they are not Australian so postage is really expensive too. I paid over AU$50 FOR 2 small boxes of tea. They don't reply to emails when you want a return

While I can't comment on the delivery and fulfilment quality, it is a truly outrageous business model to simply purchase goods that can be found at any supermarket or warehouse and mark up by 2-5x the retail cost. This business seems to exist solely to catch out people who are ignorant, unaware or desparate. E.g - A 200 gram bag of coffee beans which usually retails for $10.99 or $8.99 on sale going for $24.00.
Their electronics are even worse - A Lenovo PC that can be purchased directly from Lenovo at $1700 is listed for $5700. Buyer beware.

Worst company to deal with and DAVINA is full of lies, waited 1 month for a book and did not turn up and sent them a email a week later I had a reply saying supplier is out of stock, then 2 weeks later I had to as for a refund because they didn't send one,, BE WARNED STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY SMARTFOX!!

Excellent trader really awesome and nice , smart fox is the best ecommerce company sells on trade me and on their website and they do top notch quality products Smart fox is one the best ecommerce companies such as shame people buy off from Chinese companies like Temu who avoid paying taxes and rip people off. Use them and avoid temu at all cost you can pretty much get better prices than temu with these people and branded products
