I have only been using this product for weight loss for about a week and see a 3-pound loss and I also feel less puffy and am noticing I am not taking any Advil. I do say so far so good. I have experienced fewer cravings for sugar and carbs each day as well.

I have used the Smart-for-Life Cookie …
I have used the Smart-for-Life Cookie Diet successfully in the past and I am using it again now. Ultimately, I know that less carbs and more exercise in my diet is the long-term lifestyle change, but the cookie diet is very convenient and easy to follow. Takes care of the whole what-should-I-eat-for-breakfast (and lunch) problem, and you have plenty of meal opportunities to eat sensibly the rest of the day (lean protein and vegetables and stay low-carb no sugar). The first time I did it I went from about 250 lbs to 225 lbs in 2 months. I went up a bit and down a bit over the past couple of years and now I am at about 220 and I am trying it again to see if I can get to 200.

I love the smart for life program. Over my life I've tried many plans but by far this is the best easiest plan to follow. for those who are looking to lose weight fast, I recommend. In four months I've lost over 30 pounds, and the best part, with NO exercise.

I've done SEVERAL diets, but Smart for Life really actually works and is super fast too! Within 2-3 days you will instantly notice the difference in your clothes and this inspires you to keep going! I lost a total of 15 lbs doing the Smart for Life diet plan and I LOVE IT! I definitely recommend it to those who want to lose weight and lose it fast!!!
