Absolutely LOVE the Smart for Life …
Absolutely LOVE the Smart for Life products and diet. I would recommend it to anyone. It is simple, it WORKS and it is very easy. If you are on the fence - DEFINITELY give it a shot, you will love it. They will also answer any questions you have when you call their number. You will notice results for sure and it is not hard to follow and do -- it is the easiest diet and worked the best of any I have tried.

Everything I have had so far has been fresh tasting. My favorite are the protein bars (peanut butter is my favorite) then the cookies as snacks (banana chocolate chip is my favorite).

Effective diet, great cookies!
I started Smart for Life with the variety pack from Costco because the price was exceptional. Love the cookies and lost 11 pounds the first month! I also purchased the bars from Costco which are also delicious and very filling. I am definitely re-purchasing both the cookies and bars. Looking for a little more variety, I decided to purchase the enrobed cookie variety pack directly from Smart for Life. The delivery was very fast. The enrobed cookies - both chocolate and peanut butter - are Exceptional! I will definitely repurchase these as well. Because of the price, I save the enrobed cookies for dessert, my last cookie of the day. I am very pleased with the Smart for Life products I have tried and will definitely continue until I reach my goal.

The only diet after menopause that …
The only diet after menopause that allowed me to loose 14 pounds in just 8. Weeks.........I keep a pacakage with me all the time and I know that every two hours I can have a delicious cookie. I break my protein allowance down so that I eat half for lunch and half for dinner. I always save a cookie for my evening snack. These cookies really make you feel like you are eating a cookie and not dieting.
