Love the protein bars PB is my favorite tastes is really good.

When I lived in Boca Raton Florida back in 2005, I lost 40 pds with Smart For Life. I know it works if you stick with it. I am determined to lose my weight again so I decided to follow the Smart for Life plan. There are so many selections now. I mix the cookies with a shake or protein bar each day. It is always tough the first week and tomorrow will be the end of week two. I feel great and last week lost 5 pds and I can feel the weight coming off and inches reducing. It has been easy to follow this go round. I would highly recommend Smart for Life to anyone and everyone!

I love the carrot cake muffins and I love cinnamon, but, I think they have way too much cinnamon in them and that overabundance overshadows the actual enjoyment of the cake itself. I will tell you that when I eat them they really facilitate bulky stools the next morning and they create a much-needed ease and comfort of elimination. So, that' s why I gave you a four-star rating.
Frankly, I believe this product is too expensive. I wish you would carry a great-tasting diet drink, possibly using Stevia. I remember the Underway Acai product you used to carry. I sure wish you could find an alternative satisfying drink like it.

My husband and I started these about eight years ago. They work!!!! We continue to take them as snacks.

The bars I received were delicious. Very big too! They were different than any other bars I’ve had. Highly recommend

I have been on Smart for Life for many years on and off. I like it because everything is organic.

I purchased a 5 week supply of these cookies and was not impressed with the texture they aldo tasted very odd and leave a slightly oily aftertaste in your mouth. I immediately Called up customer service and requested a refund they said they can’t take them back. I do not recall seeing this policy on the website. I would have ordered online thru Costco if that was the case/. I tried calling back smart for life customer service on multiple ocassions hoping to speak to someone else and sent several emails but was completely ignored. I am only Leaving this review as this company has emailed me several times for a review of my purchase this way others can hear about my experience and reconsider when purchasing this product online. I do feel that 178.00 was a large amount to spend on these cookies:-(

I love the new carrot muffins and if I stick to the plan it works and greatly improves my lipid panel results to normal.

I have enjoyed the results of Smart for Life. I have done this in the past and was great, lost about 40 lbs in about two months prior to becoming pregnant with my son. It does take approximately a week for the hunger cravings to go away. It was great while working because I didn't have to spend extra time prepping food and could just eat during my breaks and before and after work and then prep dinner when I got home. I just stuck to the cookies as the other items did not feel as satisfying. The cookies were a little bland but did not have that disgusting taste that most diet bars/cookies have. So far since I have started again after my child turned one, I have lost 6 lbs in less than 2 weeks.

I'm hooked. These cookies and protein bars are a wonderful meal substitue. They fill me up for at least 3 hrs.

Company cares and makes good on customer service issues. Cookies are my go-to meal replacement.

I've been a client (addicted to) of Smart for Life for probably 10 years now. This last batch is like a blonde version of the chocolate chocolate version. The taste is fine - but I think they should of told me the recipe had changed.

Still have not received my order placed over a week ago.

I ordered the cookies and got some samples for free. I like the oatmeal cookies.

Enjoyed the s'mores! I want to try how, 4 stars because they are expensive!

This product is very easy to use. The eating program is very limited in food choices and is a little hard to follow 100% when you have a family, but it is easier than many and works well for me. It may not be for everyone if you don't like the "cookies" or have a "need" for bread, pasta, etc.
