I never believed in easy fast ways to lose weight After trying the chocolate coconut Protein Bar I can only say its changed my bad eating habits One bar is more than enough with a cup of coffee I dont look for sweets i am not starving for my next meal I am more relaxed and lost weight that i don t think ill ever gain back ! Its the healthiest way and most fun way to watch your body get to be what you dream for .I eat two a day and also sleep much better never feel bloated If you are not sure about this just try it for one month and you will never stop It s healthy as well! !!!

Easy ordering process and delicious cookies. The only downside is that it takes a week to get these cookies from Florida to California

Honest, great service, great product.

First time order. Product was received in a timely manner and good condition. Overall, the quality of the product is above average. I ordered the blueberry, cinnamon raisin and chocolate chip cookies. They all are tasty. Potentially due to the ingredients the cookie can seem a little dry and leaves an after taste. Drink plenty of water. Overall, I like the product enough that I will definitely make another order.

One area that could be improved upon is that the cookies are not individually wrapped. Six cookies come in one package. This is a challenge for being on-the-go but is easily rectified with a small zip-lock bag.

I especially appreciated the informational brochure that came with the product which outlines the plan completely and in simple terms. I am on day three of the program and so far it is very easy to follow. I have experienced some hunger pains but it is easily satiesfied each time I eat a cookie or a meal. As mentioned in the brochure, drinking plenty of water is also key to fullness. Also, I do suggest heating the cookie briefly in the microwave...about 10 seconds.

I am an identical twin and my sister and I are doing the program together I am excited to see the outcome for each of us.

I really love the green tea protein bars. I’ve maintained my weight and health for years by eating one for breakfast every day. I especially like that it isn’t too sweet, as some of the other flavors are, and that it doesn’t have any sugar alcohols.
My only concern is that they are often very sticky on the bottom and cling to the wrapper tenaciously. I can live with this, but I’m concerned that this will turn off other customers. I’d hate to see it discontinued.

I am very happy with the product and this program. It helps me stay on track. The only complaint I have is the amount of time it takes to fill and ship an order.

Buying from Adrian makes it easier,and he gives you information on the progarm..I have been on and off cookie diet since my center left closed in Port Saint Lucie I miss.

I’ve been ordering these cookies for years. The help me stay on tract or lose a few pounds when I don’t. I would give them 5 stars if the shipping wasn’t so slow. In the age of Amazon I am used to my packages come in days so I’m probably just be picky.

I have been on the Smart For Life diet a little over a month now and I must say it's pretty much the only diet where you can literally have your cake and eat it too! I love the many different options there is between the cookies, cupcakes, soups, etc... I order all my products through Adrian and he is very helpful, informative and pleasant to speak with. Whenever I have had any kind of issue, Adrian fixed it immediately which is something you don't see everyday so I am very grateful for that. I would definitely recommend this diet to anyone looking to lose weight.

I have not noticed any difference after 4 days with the pills. It will take a bit longer for me to figure out if this works for me.

I have been a long time customer. Your Cookies & Muffins are not the greatest tasting products to begin with. Over the years you have changed the recipes and made many of your products taste worse than the originals. The original Carrot Muffins were the best tasting, now the new recipe with the rubber-like frosting is just awful. It is literally like chewing rubber. I had to throw away the last order. The original Cranberry Cookie was good, the newer recipe I also find inedible. The same with the Banana Chip cookies. I just ordered the new Red Velvet cookie. It is absolutely AWFUL! I've thrown away hundreds of dollars of product from Smart For Life. It's time to find another diet.
