I purchased the LumiNexof red light therapy device from SmartEliteDeals.

The product arrived with a basic manual, but no clear official safety or conformity certification such as a CE Declaration of Conformity. For a device intended to be used on the body, this raised concerns for me.

When I contacted customer service, I discovered that the product was shipped from China, which was not clearly communicated at the time of purchase. The return process then became complicated because international shipping would be expensive.

Customer service initially offered partial refunds of 15% and later 25% if I kept the product. When I requested a higher partial refund, it was declined. The only alternative offered was returning the product to China.

While the support team remained polite in communication, the process felt difficult and not very transparent.

I recommend that future buyers carefully check where the product is shipped from and what documentation is provided before purchasing.

bought a Lockgripo steering lock. It turned out to have a technical defect. I sent a photo and video upon request. Customer service responded promptly to my emails, until I indicated I wanted to cancel the purchase. The lock damaged my steering wheel. From that point on, I received no further response whatsoever.

Absolute scam, please don’t order here. I bought walking sticks, plural. Received one, which falls apart and can thus not be used. Chinese product which does not reflect the original brand which is stated on the website.

Ordered a camera from this company for my granddaughter, beginning of December they said would arrive by Christmas, it hasn't. I am so upset, at no point was I told it was coming from China could of cried when I realised, no reply to contact messages this is a complete sham site do not order from this company. Why are we not protected from sites like this?

we are already waiting 6 weeks for the alertiox and still nothing delivered. No contact possible, not any reaction on mails, be careful when buying anything there

Smart Elite Deals stated 90 day guarantee .... until you request an address to return the product to. I sent 3 requests to their "customer support" before I got a resonse - still no address for return.
I sent photos and a video of the tool in operation, totally bruised my skin in doing so. Finally get an address, in China, I must sent the tool back at my expense, oh, but can I say the product is only worth $5!!!! (it is actually not even worth 5 cents).
The product is totally unfit for purpose, whether that is a faulty product or just always was unfit. The LED Therapy heating/cooling does not work, the suction is so strong it will rip your skin to pieces, and the company who sold it to you, with a 90 day guarantee are totally ignoring the 90 day guarantee.
They have just offered me a 40% refund - on a product that is 100% UNFIT FOR PURPOSE/FAULTY.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING RIP OFF - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.
