8 days to receive it and not working
It took 8 days to receive it from ordering due to royal mail. Then on receipt the device don't work. Been ask to send a video recording of the problem, but i can't sent it because 17 seconds to too large to send

Upgraded from my last one,so far it's really good, although I'm a 32" waist the wrap around strap is quite short.hinting I must los more weight? And surprised the charging lead supplied wasn't USB C !

Once again I am still waiting for the delivery of my order, so I cannot make any comments.
I really donât know why you insist on using Royal Mail for your deliveries.
I waited ages for my first order to arrive, and now it seems the same thing in happening again.

We've checked your order, it was placed on 26th December and we shipped it same day. Unfortunately, the delivery looks like it was delayed in transit and didn't arrive with you until this morning.
This is very unusual and we are very sorry for the delay that you have experienced.
Not based in the UK - AVOID!
Ordered as a gift but dispatched late so didnât arrive in time. Then I was told by the tracking it was due to be delivered today, but also it states it is still in Northern Ireland so not surprisingly it still hasnât arrived. At this point I have no faith it will arrive and will have to make a claim on my payment card for a refund.
This looks like itâs an English company but it isnât. Itâs being shipped from abroad which if I had known I would never have ordered it. I could have bought off Amazon for just ÂŁ10 more and had two days later. Avoid!

Hi Donna, Thanks for the feedback on your delivery. We can see that your order was placed on Saturday 21st and shipped on Monday 23rd, however, this was not received until 4th January, which we agree was an unacceptably long time to wait.
You are correct, we are not based in the UK, we are based in Galway in Ireland, This does not usually affect delivery times, it normally takes 2-3 days to deliver to anywhere in the UK.

Smart Slendertone belt would not connect to any iPhone we tried. Never got to try it, unfortunately had to be destroyed so not very economical. Such a shame. đ
