Terrible system and service.

Ordered almost a month ago with an understanding they would dispatch the item on the 1st of feb (which is unusally long)

Attempted to use the chat service to get an awnser or update and the only awnser it gives is 'contact @email with your issue and they will contact you as soon as possible'

Sent emails on the 1st, the second and today, also using thier contact me form and yet heard nothing.

I will now be going away for a month and would need the item redirected to a pick up point, but I highly doubt this will happen as they have no customer service in place to deal with this.

Ordered on the 19th January and finally receive order today the 10th February. It was hard to contact slendertone for info on order. But the product is fantastic works so well, screen is fabulous and is definitely a vast improvement from my original one which is 20years old and still going strong, but I wanted an upgrade and I'm so glad 😊 . Now the only reasons I have dropped a star is the delivery took a while, response to emails were slow and my original slendertone came with a storage bag and this one doesn't which is such a shame but I do still have my old storage bag. I just think it would be nice if one was included.

I had a problem with my order,one of my own making in which I ordered the wrong thing by mistake the customer service people could not have more helpful in rectifying the problem and having returned my original order .it was soon replaced with the one I meant to order . The actual products AB belt and arms toner are both great products.having tried cheaper versions I wot have to say it's worth paying a little extra for a superior product.

Joie de courte durée. En effet je passe commande d’un pack de patchs pour les bras, je reçois la validation de la commande , je vois que le produit est expédié le jour même … le 21 janvier.. vers Frankfort ( Allemagne ) alors que je vis à paris . Des lors les infos via DHL ne sont plus mises à jour depuis le 24
Ce matin j envoie un mail à DHL qui m’explique que le produit est en cours de contrôle pour la douane et que je vais devoir payer le dédouanage car … slendertone est désormais basé en Irlande .. et que le colis peut être bloqué 10 jours en douane

Mise à jour : les électrodes viennent d’être livrées ce jour . L’emballage est bien slendertone mais pas les électrodes .

Quand au suivi via DHL, honnêtement il est nul car pour eux mon colis est toujours à la douane à Frankfurt

I received the Abs8 belt at the beginning of the month and noticed the middle pad doesn't seem to be working. Tried it with all the different programmes for a few weeks but no change. I have emailed them twice now since last week but had no response. Not very happy with the customer service!

Great product and great speed of delivery

Following my review, this has now been sorted thank you so much for making this process less stressful, thank you again looking forward to getting my six pack back after having baby 4 years ago due to covid didn't get back training as quick as I wanted to. With lack of sleep for 4.5 years with my little girl I'm hoping this ab belt is going to work. Thanks for your excellent customer service sorting the problem out.

Paid £199 for a device and it arrived without any pads after waiting 5 days for delivery, despite the box clearly stating there should be pads with the device.

Absolutely furious as I cannot use the product and have to email customer service team and wait to reply before I can return.

Will move to a competing brand with better customer service.

I ordered a product 19 days ago and has not reached yet despite the 6 working days delivery estimation. Tracking is not working and despite several mails to Slendertone, they are not replying back. Worst e-commerce experience in years!!

Je suis adepte des produits slendertone depuis des années...j'ai essayé d'autres marques sans aucune conviction....c'est pourquoi, je reste fidèle à slendertone ( ceintures et short). J'apprécie leur service après -vente, leur professionnalisme. Ils sont de très bons conseils, ne forcent pas à l'achat et vous dirigent vers les produits adaptés à votre profil, à votre budget et à vos souhaits.

Slendertone Review – 7 Days In!

I’ve been using Slendertone for just a week, and I can already feel my core getting stronger! As a postpartum mum, rebuilding core strength can be tough, but this has been a great addition to my workouts. It’s super easy to use, and I can feel it really engaging my muscles.

I’m planning to do a full 6-week before-and-after, but even in this short time, I can tell it’s making a difference. If you’re postpartum and need extra support while working out, I highly recommend giving it a go!

Slendertone products are very good and work very efficiently

Vraiment pas fiable. Achète il y a à peine 2 ans et de gros problème avec l’application et le matériel.

The 50% off was the enticing element behind the purchase to replace my older Slendertone belt. Not disappointed with my purchase especially with the new technology linking the belt to my phone.

Excellent customer service from Gordan and the team. Had a slight hiccup in my delivery, however, they were swift to resolve it. Have used the slendertone items previously and loved it, and then it was out of stock for some time, so was delighted to find out it was available again. Great product for toning, with constant use and dedication. Very happy with both the product and with the service. Would use again and highly recommend. Thank you so much Gordan.
