Service was helpful and very responsive. Set up white glove delivery service and they were excellent.

I absolutely cannot recommend Sleek Modern Furniture enough. I contacted the company for a quote on getting new office furniture installed into a large office building. It was a very complicated order, and would require custom specifications and a difficult-to-manage short timeline.

Michael Smith and I spoke on the phone about the order. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. Not only did he get me a concise and accurate quote in very little time, but he took the initiative to call his manufacturers to check on custom sizes before I even had to ask. We all know how helpful this kind of foresight is when trying to juggle many details of an order!

As if this wasn't impressive enough, he even scheduled me in after normal work hours for a phone call to go over the entire quote with me so I would be ready to present to the business owners the following morning.

LASTLY, when I let Michael know the owners were wavering because they wanted to test the product, he offered to ship a desk so that they could test it out!

For the record, I was asked to provide three different options to the business owners. They ended up choosing a company that had a showroom local to their city. The customer service we have received from this other company has paled in comparison, and I absolutely regret that we were not able to work with Sleek Modern Furniture.

I can honestly say that I have NEVER had a better customer service experience in my entire career as an Associate Designer.

I will continue to look for any and every opportunity to work with Michael and the Sleek Modern team.

Bought Jesper 400 series desk and credenza. They had a promotional sale with 15% which saved us a good amount compared to other stores. Product arrived in time. Everything was perfect except one small part that didn't have enough threads so the screw wouldn't fit. It was a manufacturing defect from Jesper and no fault of Sleek's. Called Sleek and they promptly sent me a replacement. They were courteous and helpful all throughout. We love our new home office. I highly recommend Sleek Modern Furniture to anyone looking for great contemporary furniture and excellent customer service !

I had only three days to secure a desk. Sleek Modern contacted their suppliers to see what they had in stock, sent me images, and arranged to ship the desk I chose so that it arrived in time. When the packing box arrived minus the instructions, they immediately emailed them to me.

Everything about this purchase worked well, customer service was responsive and quick to answer questions resolve issues, the order arrived in good time.

I found the tables I ordered from Sleek Modern Furniture to be well priced, beautiful, and easy to assemble. I ordered two cafe tables that sit in the reception of our office.

Good product. Easy to assemble. A bit wobbly but otherwise very satisfied. If I were to improve something I incident higher quality, rubber wheels. Plastic ones do not make for easy rolling.

As easy as can be

I like the appearance and it was relatively easy to assemble. Only gripe to date is that the desk moves slightly when it is independent of a wall.

We were indecisive about a particular sofa and Catherine went out of her way to be incredibly helpful with our many questions and concerns. There were also delivery complications which she helped us with tremendously. Fantastic service!

I have no issue with the Sleek Modern Funiture delivery. The shipment was timely and the package delivered in apparently good condition, i.e. no breaks or tears and well-cushioned with packing material.

However, as we started to assemble the desk, we noticed some damage to the veneer on the right front corner, with a very rough edge. This was most likely a manufacturing defect, but too little to go through the pain of dis-assembling and repacking for return. This kind of issue could easily have been repaired by a local technician if one were available.

The instructions were not detailed sufficiently. The first step was to remove the drawers, but there were no instructions as to how to unhinge the glides. We tried several ways, but couldn't figure it out, so we continued with the drawers in place which made access to the back screws challenging. It also wasn't very clear that you had to attach one side of the cross-piece before attaching the second set of legs.

Since we do intend to place a small computer on the desk, I was surprised there was no pass-through for wires. A small hole in the back of the center compartment would suffice and wouldn't be noticeable.

There are too small holes on the inside of the back legs near the cross-piece. Don't know why they're there. We tried attaching the crosspiece facing front and back, but either way they aren't covered.

If the desk is placed against a wall it's fine, but I wouldn't float it because the interior MDF is not veneered, is visible from the back and looks unfinished.

I loved the sleek, modern design, and it looks nice against my wall, but for the price the quality could have been better and the functionality improved.

I like the company because of the personalized service. They took the extra step to ensure a prompt delivery of a beautiful nes desk as a present.
