easy online purchase. quicker than expected delivery. and I could not be happier with my sit to stand desk. it works perfectly for my needs and operates smoothly. nice small footprint. perfect purchase.

Horrible customer service. If you watch the review trends over these past 3 years, their service gradually went "south". Just spent close to 3 months dealing with their lack of communication and poor freight service just to have the CEO just give a credit back. They said they were dropping the certain manufacturers line of product and the certain freight company. Yep, all others faults.

No update despite being well beyond the estimated shipping/delivery window.
A request for an update was met with a generic response, but no actual follow-up.
Over a month, and no communication, no idea, no furniture.

At first, sleek modern furniture emailed me right after I placed my order and told me that the item we wanted was on back order, however they told me they were going to try and search for another piece of the same furniture and try and ship it in time. They also suggested some other pieces in case they couldn't find it and wanted something sooner. I didn't like the pieces but it was nice of them to be open, honest and helpful. In the end, they actually did find another piece of the furniture I originally ordered and shipped it much quicker than I expected. Great service and product.

I bought some dining chairs for my apartment. They look great! The Sleek team was easy to work with. I'll definitely be shopping here again in the future!

We had our first order with Sleek Modern Furniture and it ended up that the manufacturer ship timeline was going to miss a deadline on our end. We contacted customer service and they succeeded in expediting our order. They were prompt in replying to our request and were excellent in their follow up to us. Would recommend them highly.

Ordered a new sofa and it arrived within a week. I called and got a person right away, great customer service and easy process!

This company has the worse customers service ever. We ordered a dinning table and never received it. We reached out the company multiple times and they couldn't explain when we can get the piece of the furniture. After they said that they will contact us with the details and it never happened. Now, we are waiting forever for the table and don't have idea when we will have it. THE WORSE! I have no trust in this company and probably their products.

In all the years I've ordered online, I've never had better customer service. The agent I dealt with a year ago treated the sale the old fashioned way: she stayed on top of it when there was a part on back order and she regularly sent me emails to keep me updated. A year later, I contacted the same sales person for another purchase and she was just as helpful. This is a large internet company that treats customers like an old fashioned mom and pop business would!

Purchased a desk chair at local high end store but after waiting on delivery for over a month, cancelled order and got it fast and for a lot less online! Easy to assemble, maybe five minutes.
