Okay park but the rules are sometimes weird they pick and choose when you can jump with your kids even with paid socks on
I want to preface this review complaint…
I want to preface this review complaint pertains only to Culver City (Los Angeles). I have taken my grandchildren for years to Thousand Oaks where customer service is OUTSTANDING.
I took my grandchildren to this newly opened location on May 3. At that time, we signed up for a membership for the two of them. On May 31, I called the Culver City location to cancel the membership. The person that I spoke to said I had to do it on the portal, but the portal would not allow me to enter in order to cancel despite providing phone number and email. They were unwilling to do it on their end. After three full days of trying to communicate with corporate, the venue, the live chat, the portal, and extensive time spent on phone calls and emails, I have still been unable to cancel the membership and have yet to hear from anyone associated with this location. I was, however, provided an email for the owner and contacted him directly yesterday. Today, my credit card was charged for both grandchildren for the membership. While this is a fun place to take your family and in-person staff are friendly and helpful, I do not recommend taking out a membership when customer service is so lacking. One person told us we have to come in person to cancel, which is inconvenient. I have been left with no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company and pursue this through other channels.

If I could rate 0 I would! Highly dislike being lied to and then told by a manager Cliff that he can’t help what the computer says when he can’t even look things up correctly! I have tried getting into contact with someone to handle this situation and the gave me a number for California residents only. I may be in here looking a hot mess because mama was suppose to get some studying done but you picked the wrong one to try to get one over on. These reviews on every platform will not stop till someone is in contact and make it right! Unbelievable! 0 OUT OF 10
5 Stars – Sharya Johnson Evansville,IN location
I’ve had mixed experiences with customer service at Sky Zone in Evansville, IN in the past, but Sharya Johnson completely changed that for me. She went above and beyond to help me manage a full day of trampoline fun with my 5 grandkids and 2 great grandchildren. From start to finish, she was kind, patient, and attentive.
But what really blew us away? Her face painting. It was the most exquisite work I’ve ever seen truly talented. My grandkids were absolutely thrilled, and they loved her so much they asked if she could come home as our live in sitter. Honestly, I’d be honored to have someone with her wholesome, loving soul and unconditional heart of gold as part of our family. Sharya is an amazing asset to Sky Zone’s team. If every employee had her passion and heart, every single visit would be the greatest. Thank you, Sharya, for making our day so special!

Much safer than Urban Air
Much safer than Urban Air, SkyZone doesn’t let kids fall from a high position. The food is way better than Urban Air, as they don’t actually lick their fingers and touch the food. Sky zone is bad, but Urban Air is worst.
Paige was a great help with our double…
Paige was a great help with our double birthday party for two 7 year old girls.
We were having a good time letting the kids play till we were harassed and treated like garbage by Tristan the manager
We were having an ok time for a birthday party considering no smiles on employees faces....until last 20 minutes or so the manager Tristan came out from nowhere and was yelling at my children to not be on an area that other employees saw them playing on in particular a young kid named Lucky. For birthday parties especially or any time of the day every area should be open Tristan the manager's reasoning for yelling at my children and saying that a part of the area was not open was cuz no one can watch that area even though he had employees standing around at that time not doing anything..seen with my own eyes . As well as the fact it says children six and under you should watch your children which I do watch my children as you would see in the cameras I follow my children. Tristan the manager was very rude and cocky saying I'm a manager "I'm 18 I know how to be a manager" which he clearly does not, this is a perfect example of why an 18 year old should not be a manage his employees in the right spots. Tristan is very rude his behavior and demeanor towards children and adults is very unprofessional I would not recommend to anyone the staff is rude and stuck up and don't have smiles on their faces they have attitudes and like to have confrontation instead of fixing issues that they should already fixed. This establishment in particular let's children work there as you can see they have an 18 year old manager. Definitely will not recommend. Leap is a way better option with friendly staff and nice people that don't yell at your kids. And have a clean environment and staff who actually smile and like there jobs. Maybe sky zone can pay employees better so they can hire an actual manager that still isn't a child. Food for thought.I definitely see this place going down hill do to ghetto kids that run this place.

I am beyond disappointed with sky zone!!!! Reserved a party reservation several weeks in advance. 2 days before my event, on my daughter's actual birthday, I recieved a call stating that they'd have to cancel my reservation due to building permit issues that wouldn't be resolved in time. (2 days before?) They offered to move my party to a different time and location. They also offered a 20% discount for my troubles. Feeling desperate, and the pressure from my extremely disappointed, now 8 year old, in the background, I agreed to think about it. The rep agreed to give me 24 hrs to decide if I left a $75 deposit. After hanging up, I retrieved the contract from my email and realized that no discount was given. It was actually $107 more! I immediately called the number that he had called from. A different person answered the phone and told me there was nothing they could do about it. She suggested I hang up. Call back the same number and press option 4 to speak to a Regional manager. I did that and was unable to speak to anyone.I left a message and have not received a call back. I am so extremely disappointed. Sky Zone has ruined my daughter's birthday!!!!

Beware
Beware, this place uses some shady business practices. They will continue to charge your credit card for memberships even after you cancel, and will not refund fraudulent charges.
Rainy day fun and birthday parties
It’s a great place to take the kids on a rainy day and for birthday parties. We have been for a couple of birthday parties and it’s a nice location for it because you can invite the whole class and have plenty of space.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had the lines take to long and why do I need a parent to buy a ticket ? I’m 15 I’m fine with a trampoline park
Skyzone
Skyzone: A Complete and Utter Disaster – Avoid at All Costs!
If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Skyzone is, without a doubt, one of the most irresponsibly run, dangerously mismanaged facilities I have ever had the misfortune of stepping into. The level of negligence and apathy displayed by both the staff and management is beyond disgraceful.
My son was assaulted—yes, physically attacked—by a group of unsupervised children while visiting this joke of a trampoline park. And guess what? No one was there to stop it. No staff. No supervision. No rules being enforced. Just a chaotic free-for-all where kids are left to fend for themselves in what can only be described as a lawless jungle gym.
But here’s the real kicker—when I approached the staff (because apparently, no one was actually doing their job), their response was indifference at best, total incompetence at worst. They shrugged off a serious safety issue like it was nothing. No action taken, no concern shown—just blank stares and an overwhelming sense that they simply don’t care.
And because Skyzone refused to act, I had to. I called the police to document the incident because this level of recklessness cannot go ignored. And when I reached out to Skyzone's corporate office, demanding a refund for how they completely ruined my son's birthday, do you think they responded? Of course not. Radio silence. Not even the courtesy of a reply, let alone an apology or any attempt to make things right.
Skyzone, let me make this clear: Your facility is a LIABILITY waiting to happen. You are actively endangering children every single day by refusing to enforce safety rules or hire competent, trained staff. Your negligence is absolutely inexcusable.
Let me spell it out for you:
🔥 Supervision – You need it. Immediately. Staff should be actively monitoring the kids, not standing around like clueless bystanders.
🔥 Rules – You should have them. And here’s an idea: ENFORCE THEM. Letting kids run wild with zero oversight is a recipe for disaster.
🔥 Management Response – Try actually doing your job for once. When a child is attacked, a serious, immediate response is required. Not apathy. Not excuses. Not "Oh well, things happen."
🔥 Staff Training – Clearly nonexistent. If your employees can’t handle basic conflict resolution or ensure a safe environment, why are they even there?
🔥 Customer Service – Ignoring a parent who reached out for a refund after their child’s birthday was ruined? That’s pathetic. The least you could do is acknowledge your failures.
I demand an immediate explanation of what you plan to do to fix this disaster. And if I don’t receive one? Believe me when I say I will make sure every single parent in this community knows just how recklessly unsafe Skyzone truly is. I will leave reviews everywhere, warn every parent I know, and take this as far as necessary.
Skyzone, you should be ashamed. Do better. Or better yet, shut down before you cause even more harm.
🚨 PARENTS, TAKE MY ADVICE: AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. 🚨
If your child is over 8 it is a waste…
If your child is over 8 it is a waste of money. Limited things to do, only one trampoline. Can’t use exact socks from a different location have to trade in your other socks or buy theirs. One area is just a larger Mac Donald’s play place. You can only slide so many times before it gets boring
Dangerous Place
Kids went to a birthday party here this Friday and it was a scary. No one watches at all. One employee stood at the entrance of the stairs sayhe was there incase someone needed him. No one walks through to make sure the kids are safe or not injured. My daughter got stuck in a foam pit thank God her sister was able to pull her out because no on else was coming. This place is crazy! Never again!
Deceptive Practices - Terrible Customer Service
I stopped in before Christmas wanting to buy passes for my grandsons. Since we don't usually go in the summer I asked if they had any packages other than a full year. I was offered a 3 month membership. I made sure it would start on the first day of use like our old annual memberships did. He assured me it would. After New the new year we started going, but near the end of March they were turned away and told their membership had expired. I didn't make a big deal of it at the time. A couple months later I realized that they were still billing me every month. When I brought it to the owner's attention he informed me that it was a 3 month MINIMUM membership and I had to cancel. Because of that he refuses to refund me just for "non-use" (we didn't go in April or May or June because we were told in March that it was already expired). That's not exactly "non-use". They boys have had annual memberships for a couple of years. This was the first year we did something different. I was lied to and when I gave him the chance to rectify it, he just didn't care. How short sighted. I hope he's happy with his "win". It's far less than he would have gotten this year. He cut off his nose to spite his face. I am VERY disappointed and VERY dissatisfied.
